Time/Date: 2200 Taungsday, 01/13, 0 BBY

"Lieutenant, your new assignment is an undercover mission. We have received a tip from Intelligence saying their spies on Utapau have confirmed a rumor that the Fey family is sympathetic to the rebellion, but Garnak Fey, their leader and CEO of Silica Tab production lines, has chosen to remain neutral. Intelligence has also confirmed that there are members of the family that feel they should remain loyal to the Empire, command fears that the Imperials will send an agent to kill off those sympathetic to our cause and force Fey into the Empire. Your mission is top secret. I'm placing you in command, and I'm sending you Punisher Three, Four, and Five as your security. You are to influence the Fey family to support our cause, identify the Imperialists, and halt any Imperial attempts to influence the family. If you are engaged or your cover is blown you are authorized to use force. If engaged by the Empire, eliminate the Imperial threats by any means necessary. Any questions?" Commander Hook, otherwise known as Punisher One or Punisher Leader, looked Lt. Tracinya Reem in her blue eyes, making an attempt not to stare at anything else. She was wearing nothing but a tank top and her Alliance issued, orange flight pants and boots. She looked stunning and Tracy knew the commander fancied her, but he remained professional never did he flirt with her or express his feelings for the Mandalorian fighter pilot. The commander was a hardliner and rightly so, as a former squadron leader in the Royal Naboo Space Fighter Corps. His unit was engaged by the Imperial pilots of the 501st Legion and he was the only survivor.

"With all due respect, why me, sir?" Tracy sighed, thinking about how much she hated missions where she wasn't in the seat of her X-wing.

"Reem, I know how much you love flying, but I chose you because you fit the description of the mission requirements we are looking for. Garnak Fey is looking for a new personal secretary and we have already made and submitted your resume. Your name is Alexandra Rae. You have an interview tomorrow for the job, and he'd be a fool not to hire you... or gay, which in that case we have plenty of male candidates to secure that job position to get close to the Fey family. I need you to report everything Fey does, using a secure transmission, and please don't blow your cover. Our agents have worked hard to secure this for you. If you fail, we could lose everything the Alliance has been working for in this system. Now get some rest for your interview, you're dismissed."

Reem exited Commander Hook's office, and headed to the crew quarters and walked to her room. She needed a drink. Tracy kicked off her boots, pulled her pants off, and made her way across the room in her under wear. She opened a cabinet containing bottles of various alcohol. She found her favorite whiskey and poured herself a glass. It would help take the edge off her mind from tomorrow's mission. Tracy was tired and needed sleep, she climbed in bed and pulled a sheet over herself. She closed her eyes and before she knew it she began dreaming.

In her dreams she saw her father in his old Mandalorian fighter pilot uniform with a helmet under his arm, with his other arm he picked up a young Tracinya and kissed her on the cheek. She must have been three or four. Not a memory she remembered well other than pictures, but she knew her father always said goodbye to the family before he flew on a mission. Her father was a veteran of the Clone Wars and like most Mandalorian warriors had joined the Confederacy of Independent Systems. When Tracy grew older her father eventually left the fighting at the end of the Clone Wars, he ended his career as a fighter pilot and pursued business, he eventually became a MandalMotors executive. Her father had no love for the Republic and no love for the new Galactic Empire, he remained in contact with his separatist contacts and allied himself with the new rebellion against the Empire. Eventually he was killed by Imperial agents, that was the reason she joined the Rebellion. Her father was her hero, and every day she hoped she was as good a hero, pilot, and freedom fighter as he was.

As she continued to dream a smile light up her face.

Three days earlier, unknown Imperial Star Destroyer orbiting Coruscant.

"You requested my immediate presence, Colonel Yularen?"
The tall-standing man stood with his back straight and his feet well planted on the floor of the Star Destroyer, awaiting what his superior had to say to his hurried presence. In front of him stood a slightly shorter man, with grey hair and an aged face, but with eyes just as determined as they had been for all of his life. The grey-haired Colonel turned around and looked at the man in black uniform, as if he was pondering on what to say to his own soldier. But it didn't take long before he spoke.

-"Gerradian,yes I summoned you. I will cut straight to the case; you are being sent on a top-secret mission to the planet of Utapau. You will be travelling undercover, no support from allied units and no escape route other than what you plan yourself. This mission is not on record anywhere in the Imperial data-bases, so this is a need-to-know basis, understood?"

"Of course, Colonel, as always. What is my mission?"

-"Grand, as always. Your mission is to locate the leader of Utapau, Garnak Fey of the Fey Family, and eliminate him. It is vital that you reach him before the Rebels get in contact and establish an alliance. There are other members of the Fey family that knows that the Utapau is best incorporated into the Galactic Empire, so your Garnak is your only target. Find him, and eliminate him. Without a trace, of course."
Present day, Utapau orbit.

Doran Gerradian orbited around Utapau in his civilian-marked ship, personally modified for optimal speed and cloaking-equipment. He knew his mission inside out now, for three days he had received information from several Imperial spies about the current state of affairs on Utapau, and he had hatched a plan. The Rebels hadn't made any presence in this system yet, and Doran felt confident that time was on his side. He smiled for himself, feeling proud to serve the Empire and the Emperor, and the fact that he was trusted with this mission. Confident with the situation, he began the flight down to the surface, and then the landing on Utapau, ready to do his duty.

Tracy stood in a waiting room by the CEO office of Silica Tab headquarters building. She looked striking in her black Chersilk dress, at least that's what Commander Hook told her after he took a glimpse at her undercover uniform. Even though Reem wasn't much of the fancy dress type and preferred her coveralls, she was enjoying herself. But she was looking forward to shedding the dress. Command wanted her to secure this job position to get to Garnak Fey, and that's exactly what she did. In half an hour she had an interview with Gernak Fey and by the end he was delighted to take her on as new secretary and personal aide. Now she waited in the very decorated room, for Fey to return. She glimpsed a repairman who tilted his cap to her.

It was Kerr Shane, other wise known as Punisher Five, the young human with dark hair that tends to be thick and unruly if not combed back; medium length. His eyes are dark and his facial features are relatively nondescript, though his nose is narrow and somewhat pointed and his forehead is rather high; pleasing as humans go, but not particularly striking at first glance. Reem was used to seeing Shane’s usual attire, the orange and white of a Rebel Alliance flight-suit or the khaki of a Rebel Alliance uniform, but out of uniform, he wore the standard repairman's or mechanics coveralls. Kerr was from H’ratth and his parents killed by the Empire. He became a member of a swoop gang and a criminal, until he aided members of the Alliance and became entangled in a situation with ISB. Kerr reluctantly joined the rebellion. The Alliance recruiters got him to come clean about his criminal record were impressed with his experience as a rescue shuttle pilot and recommended him to flight training with the Alliance. Despite the occasional rookie mishap, such as when he landed a little too hard on a flight exercise and earned the nickname, 'Clang', his instructors considered him more than sharp enough to drive the new starfighter just being phased in with the Alliance; the X-wing. He was assigned to Punisher Squadron. New to the unit, this was his first undercover assignment, and Tracy had her doubts. Already he made the rookie mistake of nearly giving away this operation. To the untrained eye, the head tilt was nothing, but to an enemy intelligence operative or an agent of the Empire it could be a give away.

Tracy didn't trust anyone on this assignment, and she was determined to win over the Fey family for the Alliance. Shane continued working on his 'duties' even though she knew full well he was keeping an eye on her. She couldn't see Punisher Three or Four, but she knew they were close by. They were her security, in case things got sour. Hopefully things wouldn't get to that level.

"Alexandra, shall I give you the grand tour of our facilities?" Gernak said returning from his office.

"I would be delighted," she smiled.

No one had taken special notice of Doran as his ship landed in a hangar on Utapau, and why should they? For the coming days, he would only be known as Mr. Bild, private shipping contractor from Tatooine. His ship had been constructed on Tatooine years ago, his accent and use of words made him sound like he was from the desert planet, even his clothes had been signs of desert winds tearing the clothes. It was a perfect disguise, just as perfect as the ISB could provide.

Doran walked into the Silica Tab HQ and headed straight for the reception. A female Pau'an greeted Doran as he patiently waited for her to take notice of him behind what he recognized as paperwork.
-"Yes, what can I help you with, Sir?"

"I have a meeting with your CEO, Garnay Fey. It'll be under Mr. Bild from Hugon-Transports."

-"Let me see...Yes that seems right. Just take the pathway to your left."

Doran nodded politely to the receptionist before walking past her, headed towards the office of his target. Point two of his plan, nearly complete; locate Garnak Fey and gain his trust. And after that, not too many points would follow.

He entered what appeared to be a waiting room, where a finely dressed woman sat waiting and a repairman repaired a ceiling lamp. Duran ignored them and sat down opposite of the woman, watching the door to see when Fey would come out. In the corner of his eye, he saw the repairman tilt his head to the woman for an unknown reason. It felt out of place, but he knew better than to raise suspicion reacting to it. He sat still and straightened his shirt, awaiting Fey's arrival.

Once he did, Fey instantly went over to the woman sitting opposite of him, asking her if she'd like a tour of the facility. This wasn't part of the plan, Doran was supposed to have a meeting with him, not for Fey to talk with this woman. But he knew that plans were always changing, so he simply stood up and approached the couple.
"Pardon me, but I think there must have been a mistake in my schedule. I was supposed to have a meeting with you, Mr. Fey. Oh, where are my manners? I'm Mr. Bild, Hugon Transports." He said with a calm voice, raising his hand for Fey to shake it. At the same time, his eyes fell upon the woman. She was quite attractive, but non the less a hinder in his plans. "But that meeting can be held at a later time, I'm sure you and the madam have urgent business to attend to."

Garnak Fey firmly shook the hand of Mr. Bild. "My sincere apologies, Mr. Bild. I will have your meeting rescheduled to my soonest available opening, but as you most kindly pointed out I have urgent business to attend to, good day, sir," Mr. Fey said as he walked away,

Tracy snot a glance at Mr. Bild smiling politely at the gentleman, as she allowed Mr. Fey to lead her around the company headquarters. After the tour was finished he took her atop a balcony overlooking a giant sinkhole where many of Silica Tab's large production lines resided. It was a magnificent view of the planet's unique environment.

"As you can see, Alexandra, Silica Tab is in operation of the finest facilities this world has to offer. Our starship production lines is our largest branch. Second is our ore production branch. Third is the drinking water production branch. Welcome to Utapau, Miss Rae," he kissed her hand.

"Please," she blushed, "Call me Alex," she smiled.

"As you wish, my lady, Alex it is. Do you have any questions?"

"Actually there is one... I haven't seen any Imperial representatives. I was wondering how such a large corporation has avoided such 'Imperial entanglements.'"

Garnak Fey stood a bit taken back by the question, but he soon recovered while processing a response.

"Well my dear, our corporation as well as the government of Utapau is a family run business and although we officially recognize the Emperor and the Imperial government, and have remained loyal to the Emperor's wishes, we have remained mostly untouched and I see fit to remain that way, though some of my relatives and business partners believe its in our best interest to pursue Imperial contracts, I tend to believe it's our best interest to avoid 'Imperial entanglements,' as you put it. The Emperor has dissolved the Senate and I fear something worse is coming. I discourage rallies that are sympathetic to the rebellion for the most part it's out of my hands, the majority favor this new rebellion, and I just want to see my people live in peace and harmony." He grabbed the railing and leaned over taking a look at the enormous sinkhole below, he turned to look her in her dazzling blue eyes.

"Tell me, Alex, what brings up your interest in that question?"

"My former employers, worked closely with Imperial liaisons." she said brushing off the inquiry, she wasn't ready to reveal her true identity yet, it wasn't the proper timing.

"Well my dear I have an official business meeting to attend to, we shall discuss your new responsibilities after," he kissed her hand again, and lead her back to the reception area as he headed to the board council room.

Doran watched as Garnak and the woman called Alexandra walked out of the reception together, at what he understood to be tour of the facility. He too wouldn't mind be taken on such tour himself, but that wasn't necessary as ISB already had the plans of the facility, and Doran too had them memorized. At least the Alliance would have trouble getting hold of anything like that, so he had the upper hand.

While he waited for Garnak and Alexandra to return, Doran went back to the receptionist to ask her if it would be possible to speak with another representative of the Fey family. He didn't have to wait for long when a finely dressed woman entered the reception, bearing a resemblance to Garnak Fey that told him that she was a relative. Doran walked up to her and bowed for her.

"Greetings, deeply sorry to interrupt you like this, but I was told I could have a word with you, madam, on behalf of Mr. Fey."

-"Apology accepted, and I'd enjoy talking with you...sigh...on behalf of my CEO. I'm Kriel Garnak, Garnak's sister. And you are?"

"Mr. Bild, CEO of Hugon Transports on Tatooine. Mind if we have this conversation somewhere else, under four eyes?"

Kiel Garnak nodded quietly to Doran as she lead him into a lift. The way she had spoken about Garnak hinted at signs of hostility towards him. Perfect for him, thought Doran to himself. As they stood in the elevator and waited for it to reach it's designated floor, Doran looked at Kriel taking note of her face for later recognition.

"Anyhow, as I said in the reception, I was hoping to speak with your brother about a crucial business partnership between our two companies, but it seems that you do not have such high thoughts about his leadership, Miss Fey."

-"Hmpf...Correct, Mr. Bild.."

"Please, call me Rowan. If we're talking about Garnak this way, I'd prefer to be in person and not a businessman." He said with a sly smile to Kriel, who gave the same sly smile back to him.

-"Very well, Rowan, then you'll call me Kriel. As I said, correct, I don't enjoy working in this company under his leadership. As you most likely know, we have remained mostly independent from the Empire and the Alliance, but popular support here on Utapau leans more and more for these rebels. You businessmen on Tatooine aren't under the same pressure as what will soon be upon us here, and I intend to assure the Fey family's dominance. But my brother, he tries his best to stay neutral in this conflict, and he will fail."

"So, you want to take over the company?"

-"I didn't say that, and we never had this conversation, remember?"

"Of course, just setting the facts. But if anything accidental were to happen to Garnak, I'm sure you would be a fine CEO, Kriel. And you would have a loyal ally in Hugon Transports, and the Empire too of course."

-"Indeed we would. Is this, off the record, a business proposal?"

"Of the record, it is. But officially, I have only been complimenting your hair and excellent choice of dress."

Soon the elevator came down to the reception again, and there Garnak and Alexandra was back from their tour. Garnak didn't notice Doran as he headed into another room alongside Kriel, but Alexandra didn't seem to be leaving the reception. Straightening his clothes, Doran walked over to Alexandra, watching as Garnak disappeared behind the door before turning to his new secretary.

"I must congratulate you, from what I could hear before your tour you are now Mr. Fey's secretary. It's not easy getting a position like that."
