Actually before I finish up my post, will you be soley controlling the Ultimatum? Or will we both be controlling each side in our posts?

Freely control, I'd say. It's just easier that way. I think the only one I'd be solely control is the Elite. =P

You actually did pretty good with his character. Commanding, straight to the point, could care less about his enemies as long as the job is done....

The way I usually deal with writer's block is either throw in anything or add a buttload of dialogue. <_<
