There are three main families, with their respective districts in the city of Marx. See, this city of Marx always had steam coming from the highest mountain, the cherry on the top, the castle of Marx. Almost over 1,000 steps up to this. The reason? Because any person with common sense will fly with a machine.
Marx is the most accepting royal family. In fact, there are many workers in the factory. See, if you're good enough and you make a good enough invention, you will be adopted into the family of Marx, earning the last name of the royal family, along with your closest family members. People of all ages can do this, with no discrimination.
Marx chooses not to rule with an iron fist; no, they accept people from all regions and any district. They let people's suggestions run through with a weekly poll, even on important matters, to make it good for the district. They are that family, and rule as such. The most populated too.
Marx was voted as the best family and district for a good 80 years. They took their place as the main family about 200 years before all of this was happening.
Griffith. This family is the middleground. Actually, the most pricey and seperated. This family only allows people from a certain background; such as people who have been traveling for long, educated people, and also people with German, French, or Dutch heritage are almost instantly in.
They do not rule with an iron fist. But they do not rule as....laidback as the Marx. They do not have many rules, in fact, if someone comes up with a law, they will think about it for about a month or so, and then decide from there. It is a growing and recent district, and acts like such. They decide for themselves, and do not let others into their family quite simply.
Their main palace is at the far bottom left of the district.
Mackleduff.
This family is the iron fist ruling. It has many segregation laws. Such as, depending on where you're from, you have a different bit of the district. If you're from a mainly African heritage, you will get out in one bit. If you're from a different district, you will be treated poorly.
Mackleduff thinks they're right all of the time. They seem to steal from their members, simply to spoil the members of their family. There aren't many members of the family, only 4 or so. But, they're all weird, spoiled fucks.
Mackleduff gets into the most shit. Their leader, Jack P. Mackleduff IV, is an annoying brat by most people, and usually starts small wars. Essentially, Mackleduff is like the early America of this...country? Place. We can call it a place.

Rules:
The standard rules for all of Casual and such. But with some others.
1. Make your character fitting for each district. If they need to be from a good heritage to be treated fairly, then they will look and act like that.
2. You can only have 2 characters.
3. There will only be a few characters for each family. Others will be NPCz.
4. You should be able to handle crisis' in this RP, as it will be like that sometimes. Such as: Mackleduff starts a war. All 3 districts need inventions to help them in a war. So, you need to create some.
5. You should be able to handle big-ish RPS.
