Ive had a little story in my head for ages, and a friend pointed me to this site and told me that people here could help me turn it into an even better story or even an rp. Im a little lazy to post long pages of text from my iphone, though my friend said that here, the wall of text is apreciated. I will be posting occasionaly from a higher end netbook (yeah that my high end. Im so fancy) so occasionaly i will bear through the wall of text.
I was thinking of playable characters (each person being able to hold as many as they want)
Soldiers (of each race, specializing in sonething unique to their race)
Royalty for each race
1 hero for each race (Ghrod and _____ i named the other hero truest, but thats optional)
1 beggar for energy beings (main character, im willing to let others play this spot if they want)
1 princess to fall in love with our beggar (crystopian)
Bystandards (inn owners, servants, messengers etc.)
Bounty hunters
1 wise master for our beggar
Extended cast: if the story is VERY successfull, i have an extension and a NEW cast list to be filled by the same or new people! But lets wait to see how this goes first.
Here is the jest of the story:
Long ago, in a far away galaxy, there was a mighty planet called kagoria. Upon her surface many unique beings grew and flourished. None more grand than the 2 races favore most by the gods. The first was called energy beings. They were a simple race made of immense energy. They held many naturaly grand battleworthy traits. The 2 was a race of human like creatures calle crystopians due to their crystal soft tissue structure. These two races were extremely worthy, each in its own aspect. They flourihed upon kagoria and made kingdoms, taking each, its own half of the planet.
One day, the king of energy beings got into a quarell with the king of crystopians, over which race the gods liked most. One god aries, said "Battle! And may the best race hold my favor." Intending for the 2 kings to fight. Little did he realize, but both ENTIRE races would delve into combat over his words. Thi was to be no small war either. One day it would overtake the planet, kill its life, and literately divide this fantastic land in 2.
Many years into the battle, the crystopians brought forth a hero Truest to end the war. He was the superb of the race in witt, and strength. Upon the battlefield, his precence ment death to energy beings, and made the war rapidly aproach an end.
Meanwhile, in a grand city of the energy being's, a woman who sold her body to feed her fanily, gave birth to anothet child, this one she could not afford to keep. She cast them into the river (water is toxic to these guys) and prayed the gods for mercy. The gods heard her prayers and sparred the child. He drifted down the river to a sages home.
The sage recognized the mark of the gods upon the child for it had orange energy. As the sage recalled the energy beings decided their jobs based on the color of their energy! Red or yellow meant "warrior" blue meant "leader" pink or purple meant "doctor" white meant "scientist" and black meant "hunter." But there was no job for orange. So the sage trained the chil to be... A Smith! The sage named the child ghrod and took them on as an aprentice, and a son, whom he taught that love, can save the world. That with love, there would be no war.
The child grew up to be quiet the trouble maket. One of the only energy beings who dared to steal. One day, he was caught stealing and imprisoned under the castle for his crimes. The boy was in prison until the crystopians came to attack the city, bringing with them their great hero. The child was captured and taken hostage, spare for the unique color of his energy. He was set to the crystopian jails.
Whilst in jail, the energy being boy was a laughing stock....
Imma stop there and save the rest for if anybody is interested! Haha cant give away anything more than the first part! As you can see, this story as an rp leaves room for drama, fighting, even childish behavior.
Id greatly apreciate feedback, both on the story, and how people think the rp will succede. If anybody would like to take part in this, ad me and also reply here, with what kind of spot you would like. The cast list is completely open, even to your own creations! Wanna be an intergalactic ninja assassin? SURE! I would like 5+ people on this though. I just came from a low tier rping sight. Beyond the 2 heroes of the races im also looking for people who are willing to play martyrs. And save our beggar. (Martyrs, i will find a way to thank you.) Just in case your woundering, there will be all sorts of races ranging from vampires and wherewolves to a few i made up myself. There will be adult content scenes, though if any minors partake, i request that inapropriate language and overdetailed talk of sexual contact be left out. Or at least, toned down. This rp will also be very multicultural, covering sensitive topics such as religion, and politics. Mature content may be exluded if we feel it is getting out o hand. (I dont want this turning into an obama bin laden joke.)
