Charlie searched with all the quickness he could gather through as many fish as he could deal with, and searched through their guts, but it was an increasingly frustrating task. he focused hard, tearing apart what felt like hundreds of fish, not even noticing the splash made in the middle of the room as the shark was dropped in and as Alex fended it off with a spear, the water had reached his neck now and he was scared, scared that he wouldn't be able to find the key, scared that he would die in this god-forsaken room, scared that is, until the girl broke the surface of the water

Door... the door on the floor isn't locked Guys! This voice is just messing with us!"

Of course it was just messing with them!!! Charlie looked at the others and shrugged, this was as good a way to go as any he supposed, and he dove down, quickly heading for the trap door in the floor, when he reached it he pulled up on the handle and budged it a little, but he would need help to get it the rest of the way.

Jeremiah threw another fish into the water, panic was still overwhelming him as the water was now almost up to his shoulders. ""The Main Event is here. I want to have a little fun before you drown." He then heard a big splash and turned around, gasping as he watched one of the boys push the girl out of the way of the shark. Yet that wasn't enough, the shark seemed to be on a mission to get the girl and Jeremiah was panicking, he didn't know what to do. He watched as the girl swam down, the shark coming after her and he lost sight of her. Was she dead? Did the shark get her? How are we going to deal with a shar- . "Door... the door on the floor isn't locked Guys! This voice is just messing with us!" His gaze turns from where she was to a few feet aways another direction. "Are you kidding me?!" he sounded ecstatic, but he knew it wasn't over yet. He dove into the water, keeping his eyes open and seeing the blurry image of a trap door. He saw one of the boys already swimming down with him to open the door. They pulled the door together and it loosened. Then the trap door opened up.

You have managed to get the door open and you all fall through. Somehow the water stayed in the room above and the door slammed shut. The room you are in now is completely dark and all you can hear a ticking noise.

"Take a moment and catch your breath, we will begin again soon."

Lara and the boys fell through the door landing ontop of each other. She moaned in pain while getting up. She looked up when she heard that voice again. "Who are you?! What do you want with us?!" She looked down clenching her fists. Why couldn't she remember anything? And what happened with that shark? What did she do to it?

Jeremiah slams to the ground, the air collapsing from his lungs and he wheezed. It took his time to regain his breath...his gaze going to the woman as he stood up. "As if he's gonna tell that shit. I'd rather like to no WHY THE HECK I CAN'T REMEMBER ANYTHING!" He yells angrily, looking around at the darkness with dangerous eyes. He swears under his breath and looks to the woman. "All I can remember is my fucking name. How about you? The name is Jeremiah." He forces a faint smile, but he knew that he still probably looked angry.

"Ooff" Charlie said as he landed, and then again as several bodies landed on top of him, "ugh that hurt", he sat up after a moment of just laying on the ground breathing, and listening to the voice as it chimed over the loudspeakers. He rubbed his behind and the back of his head simultaneously, trying to ease the dull, painful throbbing that was happening there. He listened as the angriest among them, Jeremiah was apparently his name, introduced himself and attempted at a decent smile, though it was plain to see he was still angry, but Charlie responded anyway

"Charlie, and yeah, that's all I've got too, weird huh? not even a last name."

Alex moved off the pile and stood up stretching after hearing what the others said and said "so we all seem to have amnesia"

"Well since you have got readjusted, let us have some fun." A light flashed quickly revealing several slits in the roof and floor and a on the other side of the room. "Choices, choices. They make us who we are." The room began to make ticking noises.

"My name is Lara... That's the only thing I remember." The voice started talking again, ignoring there questions. "Hey! Don't ignore us! We asked you a question." Suddenly the lights went on and Lara flickered her eyes open adjusting to the bright light. Suddenly she noticed something ticking... "Guys... Do you hear that too?" Lara looked around uneased.

"Yeah, I do, and I don't like it" Charlie said, blinded temporarily by the sudden bright light, but able enough to let out a low growl as his vision came back "A little more rest would have been nice, but it looks like that's not gunna happen." He continued as he closed his eyes and listened closely, trying to pinpoint the location of the ticking.

Alex put his hand up to help his eyes adjust and then when he could now see the slits all around the room. Alex thought for a moment and then said "hope you guys know how to play dodge ball." Alex tensed up waiting to the ticking to stop.

Jeremiah had made a faint noise of surprise from the bright light, and he then looked around at the slits with a certain unease "You sure this is not gonna be one of those stupid cliche traps where the spikes start to come through the slits and make us into little pulps?" He did a faint laugh, though he didn't intend to. His gaze went to the slits in the floor below him.

"The door, we need to get through the door." Lara pointed to the other side of the room. First they had to get past those slids. She gulped.

The light began to strobe and the long, thin slits began to produce a metal sheet, about 1 inch think, that connected forming what appeared to be walls. "Hahaha, This is so much fun . I can feel the sparks from here. Turn left, turn right, move forward." Who knows which way to go? I think the heat might get to be to much for you." The ticking stopped. The wall behind the group burst into flames, leaving only a gap for someone to put their hands and started to close in on them

"Well, at least it isn't dodgeball, or bombs" Charlie joked weakly, moving backward towards the front of the group as he did, he didn't like this room, too much fire, too much closing walls, he felt caged, like an animal. "Ughh Guys, I think we better get moving!!" He added urgently motioning toward the large wall of flaming death that was continuing to approach them.

Lara looked at Chalie. " This is no time to joke around!" She exclaimed in fear while grabbing the boys by their shirt and pulling them towards the maze. "We need to get going..."

Jeremiah had been just staring at the flames...the grip of his shirt is what brought him back into reality. "S-sorry! God damnit this guy." He curses to himself, "We stick together. If we're split up this guy is just gonna have more fun with this bullshit playground of his." His gaze looked Lara in the eyes, "You're right we do need to go" He ran straight, looking behind and waved a hand "Come on!" He didn't look back again to see if they followed, he took a right after heading straight. Then Left. Then right again.

Alex said "yeah I'd prefer not to be barbecue" Alex started following the group in the maze.

Charlie waited until the others had entered the maze before entering himself, unfortunately with his head pumping full of adrenaline and the wall of flaming doom singeing his shirt he raced forward, following only the last bit of the group around walls at first, but then he felt a burst of speed, his legs shortened, as did his torso, his arms became short and frail and leg-like, he felt power course through his short legs, long ears and whiskers as he caught up to the group, and passed the front-runner.

The Hare raced through the maze at speeds matching those of a car, traversing down sidepaths and then back when they didn't work out, his large eyes bugging out of his head, working his way through the maze the adrenaline still rushing through him, Charlie wasn't thinking anymore, he was just doing, trying to escape the maze, escape the flames and trying not to leave the group too far behind, waiting at some intersections for the group to catch up, or at least see him, with a look of (while it is hard for a Hare to have anything but a sort of disdainful curiosity or sheer terror on its face) fearful Impatience. Escape, gotta escape, gotta escape.........

"Run, scared little rabbits run." The voice chuckled. "This is fun. Maybe it is time for a riddle. What is on four legs and mans best friend?" The sound of the flames started to get louder as each wall that connects with the fire wall begins to burn. "Times up! And the answer is dogs." You hear a click and some barking. The sound gets louder and closer.
