Bruce shook his head, im fine still won't be able to shift for another day or so don't want to take the risk of hurting myself he just sat there her had on his head. "Bruce you look like an oversized dog when you let her do that" a chuckle went through Max's mind.

"Well he is my oversized puppy dog." Max joked while playfully pouting. Just don`t try to push yourself too hard that`s all I ask for. Max thought in his head. I can`t tell who`s the dominate one in this relationship, can you Brother wolf? Sena thought in both their heads.

Yes, you are my oversized puppy dog. Max thought looking down at him with a goofy smile on her face. Be careful show too much reluctance to it and it may become your nickname. She joked and looked back at her food. "I should probably eat before it gets cold." Max said and then heard a quiet yelping coming from outside that sounded like a wounded puppy. "That`s that!?"

He heard the sound too, i don't know I can't check because right now I don't have thumbs and plus don't call me that! he looked over at Hank, then back up at max. He didn't know what was going on, and he didn't want it to be a really nasty suprise either.

I warned you now it`s your nickname Max thought with a smirk before walking over to the door and opening it leaving it for anyone who wanted to follow outside. Walking out on to the porch she saw what looked like a tiny cream colored wolf pup laying curled in a ball in front of the house with a small envelope on it`s neck. She quickly got off the porch and walked over to it kneeling down before picking the small pup up.

Bruce groaned in Max's mind, please don't I don't think I would be able to survive that he walked over to the pup with max. This was new to him, he didn't see anybody else around or anything. He wanted to be sure though, he looked around seeing no one around them.

Max looked around as well and saw or sensed no one that she didn`t know. Looking at the evelope on the pups neck she read the name on it. "Huh?" She said confused as she read Peter`s name on it. Turning around Max walked back inside and walked back inside the house. Peter! She thought out to him knowing she`d upset the already weak pup in her arms.

Peter came down stairs, "what do you need max." He stopped at the bottem stair looking at her, Bruce walked behind max keeping by her side. He tilted his head, he didn't know what to say or anything he looked at peter he was curious to what the note said.

Max handed him the envelope. "This is for you apparently." She said confused herself. It wasn`t everyday you find a note on a wolf`s neck. Never mind that it was around a wolf pup`s neck, which was probably a lycan from the look of things.

Peter brow furrowed, as he walked up and took the note and read it his eyes widened. "What the hell?!" He hadn't seen her in years and this gets dumped on him, "why in the hell does she want me to take care of her now I haven't seen her in years Sarah why the hell would you put this on me and this is why I never wanted a human as a mate."

Max listened to him and nodded. "I understand you are just confused and frustrated."She said and looked down at the pup that was now sleeping before smiling. "Although whatever the case is you have an adorable daughter that just so happened to take your the side of your lycan blood." Max said and looked at Peter. "I don`t think this little girl would be here if there wasn`t a reason."

Peter rubbed the back of his neck, "I guess so it's just I didn't get a word or news from Sarah about this little one apperantly she said in the note that she kinda knew I was busy with the pack an all but I really wasn't it was slow before this whole war started." Bruce let out a bark, "yah yah I know Bruce I know I'll see if she can talk to me or not give me a reason face to face."

The little girl shifted in her sleep into human form and Max almost dropped her. She wasn't expecting a sudden shift. Looking down at the little girl she smiled. "She really is a little cutey."

Peter smiled a bit, "looks like she's got the looks of her mother along with the bloodline of the lycans and my hazel eyes." He looked back down at the note, "Sarah says that her name is luna and she says she's sorry after all of these years Bruce when we go back into town for Max's truck we need to stop by Sarah's place." Bruce nodded to that understanding that peter needed to face her after all of these years.

"Luna huh. Seems like it fits her well." Max commented before looking at Peter. "How do you feel about all of this?" She asked a little concern. Out of everyone Peter having a daughter hadn't entered her mind at all. He just seemed to intelligant and more of a loner type. It was news to her that he already had a mate.
