Bruce soon came out of the bathroom, seeing max still asleep. He made sure the covers were over her, then quietly stepped out of the room. He went downstairs, already seeing the pack up and about like usual, it was like nothing had happened yesterday. He let out a sigh, before he felt a hand on his shoulder. "There a good pack son, I heard you lost one to the humans and I am sorry for that." Bruce nodded, at what his dad said to him. "I plan on keeping the rest of the pack alive through this dad."

Max eventually woke up and looked around noticing Bruce had already gotten out of bed. She got up and changed back into her clothes reluctantly. It felt nice to sleep in a shirt that was big enough for her to use to sleep in. To change back into her clothes didn't seem comfortable. Although she couldn't walk around like that infront of everyone else. After changing she walked down stairs.

Bruce sat down on one of the couches, he saw another pack still the alpha was gone. Which was good for him he didn't feel like dealing with brother wolf this morning. what you don't like me or something Bruce? Bruce sighed at brother wolfs comment, he shook his head. i don't feel like dealing with control this morning so shut it brother wolf or I'll come in there and make you shut up. brother wolf shut up when he heard what Bruce would do if he didn't shut up.

Max walked over and sat down next to him. "It's good that none of the alphas are coming aroundnfor a fight this morning." She said basicly reading his mind. Leaning back against the couch she took a deep breath to relax a bit.

Bruce smiled a bit at her words, "yah that's the last thing we need this morning." He relaxed into the couch, "from what I've found out the humans aren't really protecting themselves they want the vamps and lycans gone that's why the war has gone on for so long." He sighed, as he closed his eyes. "i just hope that Justin has found peace."

Max nodded. "They're scared of what we could do to them, but now it's just the fact of destorying races. We would never be able to destory humans though. The population is too massive. I wish we could just end it peacefully." She said and sighed before looking over at him. "I'm sure Justin has found peace. It wouldn't have been like him to be a restless spirit."

Bruce nodded to that, he looked to the ceiling. "We probably could, though one of us will have to convince the president to not destroy us. We just need a person good with words when in came to that." he let out a sigh, "though it would be hard to get to the president to convince him with all the humans that are guarding him. I could probably, since i really haven't attacked the humans only wounded them after they attacked someone in the pack."

Max looked at him quickly. Concern and worry became visble on her face. He was always throwing himself into situations so casually. He would protect everyone besides himself and it drove her crazy. Even if he was alpha being reckless for the sake of others wasn't good when it came to his well being. If that was what it meant to be alpha then she wasn't going to take it.

Bruce let out a sigh, when she looked at him. "I'll be fine am I promise you that alright we've already lost one of the pack we don't need to lose another." He was being honest they didn't need to lose anyone else further in this war he was thinking through all of the possibilities he could. To make this war stop, he's had enough of it.

"So your going to throw yourself at them?" Max said and sighed in frustration. "Bruce the president would be the first one to put a gun to our heads. There are few people who believe we can all live in harmony when technically we did before.," She said and leaned back. "I just am starting to get worried about you. I want this to end too, believe me. I don`t want to loose you in the process though."

Bruce nodded to that, "I'm just scared that one day I might lose you in this war I just want it to end already." He sighed at that, closing his eyes. "I'm just scared to see what this war has in store for us max it scares the hell out of me max and I'm being honest with myself that I'm scared and all that."

"You won`t loose me, I won`t go down that easy Bruce. You know me better then anyone. We`re all scared of what may happen in the future. Right now it`s a lot of what if`s though. No one said it would be easy, cause it`s not. We`ll all get through though I`m sure of it." Max said calmly and hugged him. "I feel like we`re nearing the end. Worse comes to worse, all of us can find somewhere where we can all live intill we become something of myth again."

Bruce let out a sigh, "alright alright then max we'll see if we can all get out of this alive or not." His phone rang, he got up off the couch. "Bruce," his brows furrowed. "Woah woah woah calm down and speak slower I can't make out a word your saying." His eyes widened, "yah I'll get whatever pack I can and head over there as fast as we can just hold them off till we get there." He turned to max, "they've found out where the vamps are and are attacking them right now we need to get the other packs ready just have ours ready I'll call nick tell him what's going on."

Max stood up and nodded before walking off to find the others. She was worried about her uncle. He had been a hunter but that was only to killers. Now he was on their side and fighting the humans. He still owned the house but stayed with the vampires. Everyone we need to go! She thought out to everyone.

The whole pack got into the room fast, Bruce had called nick telling him what was happening. Nick had agreed to help, he looked over to the pack. "Then let's get moving," he shifted running out the door toward the old abandoned warehouse, he crashed through the door. Seeing the other vamps just staring at him no human in sight. get back! Before the pack could get in the door shut, "now that I have you in here I was wondering what if we gave you in to the humans would they leave us alone?" He saw a few humans in army attire, "yah we would." With that they put a silver metal collar around his neck.

Max ran with them there and then saw the door shut with Bruce inside. She growled Sena taking over in a flight or fight response. Her eyes glowed red as she beat her body against the door the entire door shaking with the impact. The glowing of her eyes hadn`t stopped after she was injected with the blood that saved her life. Max beat her body against the door multiple times the wood starting to crack from the force.
Killian was in the corner looking at Bruce. He gave him a small nod as acknowledgement that he`d help him. Even though he himself was tied to a post in the back of the warehouse. The humans wanted two sacrifices for this area to be cleared, one lycan and one vampire. Killian had been forced in the other spot against his will. His black hair was messed with dirt and blood all over him. He`d definitely put up a fight.

Bruce growled his eyes burning an amber, as he fought the humans on the way to the post. He growled and snapped, trying to get any human who dared to get close with his claws. The burning around his neck was visible, as he struggled. Though the humans had a good grip on him, he still got out of there hold killing any human that came to close before he was injected with something that forced him to shift back to human. Blood covered the collar of his shirt from the struggle and blood was slowly making it's way down from his neck. He soon got tied to the post himself, his eyes still glowing that amber.

Max at this point was one push away from breaking down the door. She smashed against it once more and it split into pieces as it fell over with a crack. Walking forward she looked at the humans and vampires before growling loudly. There was no way they were getting away with this. Looking around she saw Bruce and Killian tied up and finally lost it jumping at whatever living thing that wasn`t her family or pack.
