Hello there!
Seeing as how I am down to two role plays at the moment, I would like to take on three more partners. No more and, hopefully, no less. I will be available today for planning the RP and then we can start next week. Unfortunately I will be off the radar this weekend as I will be attending Dragoncon. Well, perhaps not so unfortunate for me, of course.
I don't want to lay down a huge list of rules, but here are some standards I am looking for in a partner:
1. Please be literate and have a good grasp of the English language. A mistake here and there isn't going to break the bank, but please don't make a habit of mistakes.
2. Please give me enough to work with. I do not tolerate one liners and seldom tolerate single paragraphs unless there is a lot of interaction going on between our two characters that calls for a shorter post. Most of the time, though, I'd like to see some length to the post. Also, don't just reiterate what I wrote. Add to the scene and move it forward, please.
3. I am OK with mature writing on almost every subject. There are very few taboos I have. Therefore I leave the fade-to-black level up to you.
4. Please contribute to the story. I do not want to be the only one dragging it along or I will drop it.
5. I reserve the right to say no or stop an RP if I don't feel we're compatible partners.
6. Please do not control my character. I won't control yours, so don't do so with mine or I will drop it.
I think those are fairly reasonable rules. If you cannot abide by them, then we are simply not meant to RP.
Alright, with that out of the way, I do have some plot ideas in mind, although I don't really feel like making the effort to write them all out and then have a ton of people asking about the same plot and ignoring the other ones. Therefore I will simply say that I have plots in mind for the following genres: Supernatural (I have a plot for a wtich, a shapeshifter, and a vampire), Science Fiction, and Fantasy. I would love to do a plot based on the tabletop game Anima, but I have only just gotten the book and I have yet to fully read through it to understand the world enough, so for the time being, I'll put that on hold until I've played through a campaign with my tabletop group and tried it out.
If you're still with me and still interested, please PM me with what genre you'd like to write. Thanks!
