Bruce rolled over, when he didn't feel max next to him he opened his eyes. She wasn't there next to him, that's when he saw the light to the bathroom on, he got up and knocked. "Max? You alright in there?" He was worried usually she didn't wake up till like noon.

Max heard knocking on the door and opened her eyes which she had closed. "I`m fine, you can come in." She replied groggily. If she had to the floor was rather comfortable at the moment. If he hadn`t woken up she probably would have fallen asleep in here. It wouldn`t have been a good thing but she would have fallen asleep here without any regret about it. The floor was cold and it felt nice compared to her aching body.

Bruce opened the door seeing max on the floor, he got to her side. "Max when you say I'm fine I think yours and mine have two different meanings." He sat down by her, she didn't look so good he knew for a fact with how she was acting.

Max looked at him. "It`s 3am if I say I`m fine please don`t talk back with a smart alec response." She snapped tiredly before leaning her head back against the wall. "I feel like crap." She said and sighed. Lately she`d been feeling tired and sluggish but this was just ridiculous. She was sitting on a bathroom floor at 3 in the morning because her stomach thought it was good time to die.

Bruce thought for a moment, "when was the last time of the month max?" He asked if he thought he was right, then he kinda knew what that meant. Still he wanted to be sure on this and not just guess at this. He wasn't the greatest guy at guessing.

"About two months ago, I know what your going to say and I`m almost definite it`s correct." Max said looking over at him and then yawned. She looked like she would happily sleep on this floor soon enough. It was pretty obvious what was happening. It would be stupid if she was clueless enough not to notice. Seeing people like that on Tv made her want to hit someone. The signs are well known think it through.

Bruce nodded to that, not really suprised. He picked max up, heading back to the room again. He laid her down on the bed, before laying down next to her. He turned onto his side, pulling her to him. He had his arm around her, his thumb running back and forth over her stomach.

"I`ve noticed the past couple days that I`ve been gaining weight on my stomach even though I haven`t changed any of my habits." Max explained while be rubbed his thumb on her stomach. It felt oddly relaxing. Closing her eyes she snuggled closer to him. "I guess that`s in then, we`re going to be parents within the next year." She said and smiled.

Bruce nodded to that, "I guess so max I guess so I wonder how the rest of the pack will respond to it once we tell them." He smile at that, "my little puppy and me will be parents later on." He smile widened at that thought.

"We`ll have another little puppy soon. I might have to share my title." Max said and smiled at that. "And so the journey of pregnancy begins, so far not lovin it." She half joked. Although honestly so far not too happy she only imagined how later on she would feel if she felt bad now. In a couple months her stomach would be bigger than it is now.

(Well we could skip to when they tell the rest of the pack and then go a few months forward. I just think there would be some funny reactions. I was planning on Luna spazzing out.)

(Alright)

Max stood next to Bruce in front of the pack. All of them were staring at them patiently wondering why they were all called to the living room. She swallowed not sure how to start telling them. Looking up at Bruce she hoped he knew because this was a bit awkward. It was wonderful news but she couldn`t seem to find the right words to start out with or how to say it.

Bruce swallowed, "I guess I'm the one having to say it then well for one your all wondering why you've been called in here. Well I have some news, max is pregnant." He let a sigh escape him he wasn't much for explaining things.

Max sighed as both of them lacked explaining skills he went for the direct approach to it. She really hoped their kid didn`t inherit that. Luna smiled excitedly. "Yay! I`m not going to be the youngest one anymore!" She yelled and laughed before walking over to Max and hugged her before hugging Bruce too. "Congratulations," she said excitedly. The teenage girl getting so excited was a lot. Luna rarely got too excited over something. Max looked at Luna surprised by how excited she was.

Bruce laughed at max's surprised expression, he looked to the rest of the pack there mouths were hanging open. Bruce laughed at that too, he never really imagined a response like this from any of them.

Max looked at the rest of the pack wondering why everyone was so surprised. Although the look on their faces cracked her up. They weren`t expecting for this to eventually happen. It was a no brainer that eventually her and Bruce would start a family. Unconsciously her hand laid on her lower stomach she was already feeling protective over the baby and it wasn`t even born yet.
