I was poking around the forums and my roommate glanced over my shoulder, and immediately started squealing and freaking out. Apparently it was because of your signature.

And because I knew what she would say next, I then had to very quickly explain to her that it's just a signature on a forum and I'm not on some Monty Python site or whatever so she wouldn't get anywhere by asking me to scroll up or down to see more, nor would she get anywhere by asking to see the context in which that gif was posted, and then I kindly asked her not to have a heart attack.

What do you mean by that? I mean judging by her reaction it's obvious that she's familiar with the source material... if that's what you meant by "package deal".

Yeah, I guess I lucked out. o.o I mean, she's not without her quirks. She does/says a lot of weird stuff and is, on top of all that, kind of the perfect stereotypical fangirl. But, that's kind of what makes her so amusing. At least we have some common interests. And, not only can I watch Classic Who in my dorm without someone else making fun of it, but I even have someone to watch it with me!

I suppose her only real negative trait is that her voice becomes a little grating to listen to after a while since she can just talk endlessly. @_@ I'm not even kidding - she can talk for literally over an hour without me saying a single word in response. Hell I wind up tuning her out a lot of the time and she either never notices or never cares. I wouldn't be surprised if it were the latter since she seems to be perfectly content talking to no one. o.o I will say that I find that quality of hers kind of impressive.

I was playing at the fact I had a "fangirl", so the "whole package" would include the metal lyrics in my sig, Battleblock Theater avatar, and all the other eccentricities that are decidedly not Monty Python related. :P I have no doubts she knows what The Holy Grail is if she recognized the Frenchman.
