Alright so far we've established:

Nine is being hunted by a bounty hunter, he flees to his favorite little planet to lay low for while. He snags an apartment in the same complex as Rose Tyler who is going about her life, still bored as ever. Rose gets caught in the middle and when she's invited to travel with the Ninth Doctor, they take a trip back to the American Civil War. From there we can use Daleks, or Woman Wept, etc.

I shall get the IC up soon, it being 9/9, it's a suitable day to start this thing.

Though I know we're in the early stages and all, I hope you're still interested an' all. :3 Though based on posts, I'd say so. But then again, I've had poor luck with DW RPers in recent endeavors, hence me wanting to make sure~

Totally interested still! Its rare to meet a good RPer, let alone one for Doctor Who. I know this has so much potential since the plots can keep going.

Thanks. I'm glad you think so too. DW can pretty much go anywhere/do anything, I'm surprised there aren't as many floating around, what with 12's era beginning. And I'm almost done with my post. I just got back from a massive chocolate festival in the city so I'm kinda on a wine/sugar rush right now.
