I use "RPG" and "RP" interchangeably. Role-play Game or just Role-play, so I guess we have both? I think people just shorten it to "RP" out of laziness.

By my definition RPG's have character sheets and stuff like that, and what the poster can do is closely regulated by the creator of the thread.
RPs just seem like stories written by multiple people.
Like I said; strange and foreign.
