I know that one of the other GMs I know does a lot of "invite only" RPs to ensure that there are people who don't disappear and such, but the problem with that is that you can't get a lot of new people to join up. Unless someone was to set up a sandbox RP and use that to find new people for invites, they would always be stuck with the same five or so people. Also, that would probably be quite a bit of work.

I don't like the idea of limiting people. RPs are only interesting if you have different personalities.

Life makes me disappear a lot so my posts are spearatic but this site seems to have slowed down a lot. I haven't seen a rp last longer than 100 posts before going down and with people dropping out completely it's hard. Sometimes I think that I should stop coming here but I'm in so many 1 v1's it keep me here. I hope it's just the time of year.

I don't think so Enchanted. I joined about this time last year. The RPs I were in were pretty steady. I mean we lost people but not like we have been. I know people get busy but it annoys me that they don't bother to take the time to SAY their busy

Ya I try my best but sometimes I just have to go to bed without using my stuff and can't say anything and then I reread the one post that happened. Don't you hate it when it's been a day and you have the lastpost. It makes me feel like I did something wrong. *shiver*

Imagine how I feel as GMand it's been a week. I have god ideas but no one hangs around long enough for them to get off the ground. Like I told Yami it's almost enough to make me quit the guild. I know live can get busy but I have 20 plus RPs. I know exactly how long it takes to write and post an I am busy be back as soon as I can message takes. There is NO excuse not to take that time
