I know but I've had an active OOC/IC with people in the past, like 7 pages of IC work and getting to know each other and it still vanished and I have no idea why and it made me stop writing for a few long weeks because people suck. I think it'll be fun to play around with their suite. I always loved the layout from the first movie, it's architecture and style are right up my alley. So we could always come back there after we play with Johanna and Finnick, though I don't see Katniss liking her very much if she's all flirty flirty. We'll need to figure out what we want to do with training, since there's double the people, I almost assume they'd give them more than just 4-5 days and if so, we need to pick what we want to highlight.

My favorite thing from the first movie was the wall with the hologram over it and they could choose to be in whatever environment they liked. When the Sims 3 came out with the into the future EP, I was so excited to see that something like that was an item. I'm not one for super modern stuff, but the suites always looked really pretty. It will be nice to work it into the RP because it's going to be so different for Prim and Gale. Haha, maybe Johanna can get naked in the elevator again and make a few enemies early. Although Haymitch will probably openly appreciate it~ jelly, Katniss??

As for the training, I agree that we're going to have to pick and choose. There's so much that goes into it. I've decided that Haymitch is pretty much going to swing his ax around and he might wrestle or something just for the hell of it. Tbh, he's probably going to be talking to the older tributes more than anything. I've decided that Prim is going to do that matching plant thing from the first movie that Foxface was good at and it makes sense since she spent so much time on that book. She's probably going to try and stay busy with that instead of doing combat training but we all know that isn't going to fly. And then we'll highlight Katniss and her archery? and whatever you'd like to do with Gale. I think we should have them training all together for a post or two as well just to make it clear that 12 has an alliance. We'll sprinkle in some other tributes along the way to set things up for the arena too, imagine.

They actually had some interesting storylines...but the fandom was pretty weird, at least when I tried roleplaying it.

The wall hologram thing? That was cool though I think Katniss couldn't enjoy the scenic woods without remembering she wasn't really home. I think Gale would hate it, hopefully Prim could enjoy herself since it might be fancier than home, but it wouldn't be total culture shock compared to Katniss and Peeta last year. I think the food is gonna be fun to highlight too. And there's the Ball and Peeta's birthday, we'll need to decide when those are, in terms of the order and spacing between their arrival, the ceremony, training, the interviews (which I think we can handle a massive post for our characters and alternate between the four?) and the beginning of the Games.

Johanna getting naked? Katniss would smack Haymitch and the boys for looking. I assume Peeta wouldn't wanna miss out on that...Yeah Johanna and Katniss are not going to be fast bffs. if anything, they can bond over their stubbornness and will to survive but that might be it. And Prim doing the matching thing makes sense, I did just see the movie last night and used some of it to help with my drawing of angles and faces. Prim might be hard since you recast her, I'll need more references for her soon.

I think Katniss would be good with her archery, I feel like Gale could switch between archery and a sword. Or maybe he and Haymitch wrestle. XD Though they did give the Mentor one on one time with their tributes near the end so maybe there will be time for some pep talk, granted Gale and Prim already know the game plan by then. It might be cool of Prim or Gale befriended some nameless newbies close to their age, might make for a more emotional Games when they end up getting killed within the first ten minutes.

I can definitely see her and Johanna not liking each other and Prim will be put off by her as well because who gets naked in front of a bunch of strangers?? And Prim's recast is named Skyler Samuels. There's a lot of really nice side profile pictures of her on google and I actually found out that she was the kidnapped girl in those first few episodes of this season's AHS.

Oh gosh, the two of them wrestling. I feel like Haymitch wouldn't stand a chance. Gale is pretty big. I think when they get time with their mentor, it would be a good opportunity for Peeta to reveal the plan to Gale and Prim, or just one of them and then they inform the other. And it would put a little bit of mistrust between him, Katniss and Haymitch if Peeta is choosing to focus on Gale and Prim. It will amp up the false plan he's going to give them and make it more dramatic for when we have our big climax of busting out of the arena. And I like the idea of Prim and Gale making friends with the other kids. It's definitely going to be emotional.

I thought we'd do Peeta's thing a day or two before the night before the Games, since we did want our pairs to sort of find some comfort in one another. I figure we Ball might be closer to the start, like maybe 1-2 days after the ceremony because I think people are still trying ti mingle and get to know one another. I think we'll be spending a good amount of posting between now and when the Games start which is good because build up is important and so are feelings. Peeta will be involved but in terms of dealing with Prim and Gale, it would still need to be done carefully, for the plan at least but he would still want to help them as their mentor too since katniss and haymitch already know what to expect, having experienced it. I think Peeta would try to make Prim and Gale feel as prepared as possible.

I won't color them since color is hard to really "undo" so if anything, they might be a bit sloppy and stiff but who cares, maybe with practice I'll get better and do something for when they're in the arena.
