I figure I'll have Haymitch get caught by an Avox on the way out and then he'll feel really weird and yeah, Prim is pretty much going to be koala'd to Gale's side. Cue the most awkward breakfast ever.

I have something I have to do before this, but it's pretty short, so you'll probably have another post from me tonight :3

*dances and drinks* Yay! I was just bragging to someone about our RP...and how I made a hefty post for you on my tablet's wireless keyboard (which is where I am now). And I'm also working on sketches, All I have left is Gale's face and feet, Prim's feet, Katniss' hands and Haymitch's hands and I'm all done and ready to ink and then hate it and burn it with FIRE so I AM making progress, I swear.

Yes, you didn't make me wait 2.5 months for a post...so we're good.

I was just thinking about doodling them in Hogwarts attire cause Haymitch would be Ravenclaw cause he's clever, Gale would be Slytherin cause he's cunning, Katniss would be Gryffindor cause she's brave and Prim would be Hufflepuff cause she's sweet. And then Effie would be the Headmistress looking all badass with CInna as her second in command. Er Peeta...he can be caretaker...

No no no. I love Peeta, he's a good guy. And being caretaker isn't bad, I'm sure he gets good benefits. Peeta is great but so far we have yet to give him happiness or importance...I dunno what to do with the poor lamb. ^^;

I really want to have him walk away with some girl (or boy??) who loves him. Be like, see u guys, me and my boothang are out of here. As long as he gets to be happy at the end of everything, I'll be happy too.

I don't know how I see Peeta going...guy or girl. He just needs love. I mean if Gale and Haymitch get someone, Peeta has got to right? Maybe he gets Johanna?

Too old. Johanna would eat him alive. I say we're going to have to get him a cutie from 13, like make an OC that we're both happy with and insert her as an NPC toward the end. Although I never want this RP to end, tbh.

a cute NPC from 13 would be nice, depending how 13 is handled, though Peeta seemed chill with the Capital too..no reason why he doesn't meet someone now (in the background) who kind of helps him when he gets captured? Then they could run away together to 13 or something, depending how things are resolved. But then again just cause things get resolved doesn't mean the RP has to end. :3 I mean I am sure we can come up with another big conflict for our heroes to tackle. *coughthisrpwillneverdiecough* *whistles innocently*

Aw, that could work nicely. You know what would be really cute, but totally impractical? An Avox. I can't picture Peeta living with someone who can't talk though. I like the thought of her/him helping Peeta escape and they run away to 13 though <3 Maybe we won't have to say "Poor Peeta" so much after all.

My first thought for the first major conflict after the overthrow is reconstruction but that's a lonnnnng way away.

An Avox would be cute but they'd need to have their tongue or voice box put back in if that was even possible and then again that sounds like a lot of trouble and unlikely to happen. It sounds like you're leaning toward Peeta and a male OC/NPC from the sounds of it. Gosh, Katniss...that could explain their BIG lack of chemistry when when they were faking it. Hmm...

And yeah reconstruction is gonna be a big ordeal and we have NO idea how to interegrate people together so they don't wanna kill one another...yeesh.

Haha, a reasonable explanation. I don't care much about the gender, I was just leaving it open for whatever we wanted. Oddly enough I've never done any hunger games slash.

it's going to be a hectic time. rebuilding on top of recovering from the PTSD i'm sure they're all going to have. Poor things. and I just started on Prim's part, so it shouldn't be too much longer!

I haven't done any same sex stuff in ages which has been nice because at one point, that's all I did when I was younger. Maybe he's with a more masculine female? They can be pretty too lol I can think of some MxM Hunger Games slash but...I'd probably laugh too much to take the crackship seriously.

Their emotional recovery is gonna take top priority. After all, who can they help when they need help themselves? The big issue will also be locations and building shit from the ground up all over again and if people are back into sections, it needs to be equal this time but again, that's pretty far down the road. By that point I am sure our couples will have established more romantic ground with one another.

haha, same. All I did was HP slash when I first started and then I moved onto DC slash, which i still do. I tired getting into hunger games slash but i just can't picture Peeta and Gale together or Cinna and Haymitch. The books have more female slash than anything, but I couldn't get into that either. We can give Peeta whoever floats his boat, though :3 he deserves to be happy after saving everyone and getting captured himself.

Right, exactly. I think they would want to tear down the fences and make things more open but again, that's going to take a lot of planning. I can see Prim wanting to stay in 12 and rebuild everything while Haymitch would probably want to be somewhere new. I can't see him being overly attached to 12 after all he's been through but he'll more than likely want to be where Katniss is.
