Oh, I'm sorry D; I didn't know it bothered you IRL. I was going to have Prim talk to Katniss at the end of the next day after she's feeling better about herself, but if you want I can bump it up to the afternoon or even the morning? I imagine getting some time in with Haymitch and learning a few tricks will have her feeling better. Whatever you want to do, I'm very flexible. And I agree, they need to be strong together. It wasn't my intention to come off like Prim didn't want anything to do with her.

Conflict just makes me super anxious because I get so involved with writing and then I feel bad but I honestly don't mind it in the grand scheme of things! Because it's needed and does help, I've just had people push conflict and shit in RPs so much that it gets tiring but we do have a plan so that's better than say someone just stirring up stuff in a RP all the time I had someone flake but every post was about their role dealing with drama and how my characters had nothing to do because of it but again, nothing to do with us cause it sucked anyway. And I don't mean to seem like I don't understand where Prim is coming from and why she is upset, cause I do and it's totally understandable. ^^ I feel for her, well for everyone (actually not Peeta since he has his shit together). I will probably bring in Peeta before Gale and Katniss head off since if anyone can calm her down right now, it's Peeta who isn't in the same boat which may help. But Katniss will be glad that Haymitch is helping Prim and that at least she's listening to someone, if anything it might make Prim hate on Haymitch a bit less. ^^

I think there's a lot of drama involved in any Hunger Games RP and I think it's important to highlight a few of the major conflicts that will lead to character development. I've got some ideas for Haymitch as well but those are mostly for the arena and we're not there yet. In real time, we've still got a lot to do with everything in terms of training, and the ball and interviews and the fluff that we're sticking in here and there. One of Haymitch's turning points is going to be the ball and I think I touched on that last night about his drinking and realizing more that Katniss is someone he really does love. I mean, he already knows, but seeing her all dressed up and confident is going to do something more for him. Believe me, I've been there with partners needing drama 24/7 and that's not what I'm trying to do at all, so I'm extremely sorry if I came off that way. I love this RP and writing with you has been so much fun, so I'd hate to do something that made you lose interest.

And really, I can have Prim come around much earlier if it's going to make you less anxious. I don't mind at all. I definitely get super involved in the writing too, so I understand your concerns.

I know the angst and drama come with the THG territory and that's fine, as I said, we have a plan, it's not always a shit storm. No you didn't seem like you wanted drama 24/7, I mean we talked about it and that's fine. I guess I'm just a bit shocked for Katniss is all since she and Prim don't really disagree and she feels helpless and Prim feels helpless and it's just sad. And I want them to hug and make up but it isn't easy and our characters are developing which is awesome to watch, even if it's challenging at times. I'm fine, really, it just felt like a weight on my chest but Prim needs to grow up and I'm glad she's going to be pushed to begin that process because when she gets to that point, all the crap is going to be so worth it.

I know we wanted to highlight the morning, and still the evening so if you wanted to go from morning to lunch and have them talk then, that's fine or we can just wait until the night. I feel really stupid for making this a big deal because it isn't and our characters are awesome and will suffer but to me, emotional suffering is a lot harder than physical. If I could shoot Katniss out of a canon to help her keep her sanity, I would. ^^;

I think Prim is just at a point where she's going to have to either prove people wrong or die, and she's frustrated with herself because she doesn't have the confidence right now to do the former. But we have a plan and she's really going to come through it better and more useful once they get to the arena. Another part of that is definitely going to be Peeta including her in the plan. But she and Katniss are going to make up and Prim is going to give her a big hug <3 She looks up to Katniss and I think it's going to be really fun to see their similarities as siblings come out.

I think maybe if she comes around during lunch and then they could spend some time together that night before dinner? I think everyone would be against big displays of affection in the training area. Especially Haymitch because wtf, hugs are a good way to get killed, stop it right now I: But really, don't feel stupid! I've cried a lot over characters in past roleplays, like ugly sobbing over the angst my partner and I had created. I don't doubt that this will have me doing the same thing when we get into the thick of it.

I think Peeta can include Prim and Gale in his plan either this night (a vague comment that he's got something) or preferably the following afternoon maybe after he's chatted with some people at lunch. And if Prim and Katniss did make up at lunch, it didn't have to be at the cafeteria per say, it could be elsewhere too. But it could give them both new resolve for the training during the rest of the afternoon, though we aren't going through that, it will play into the summary of the skip. Peeta is gonna see how upset Katniss is about Prim and he'll probably want to assure her but trying to assure Prim himself very soon, Gale too of course. Haymitch will probably be told in a few more days and with much much less detail much to his disliking I'm sure but Katniss and Haymitch are too obvious to know the plan.

And alright, I'm almost done with a post for you since we got this 'things' -waves hands- out of the way...sorry if I was being difficult, ya know with getting invested in all, it's hard to remember you are too. ^^

I should be around all day too, my dad is working from home but my mom is still heading into the city so if anything, it'll be quiet around the house if my brother isn't hanging around...

I think the afternoon is the best place for it. We've got a lot planned for the night and it might be hard to fit Peeta in. Plus, once he sees that Prim is starting to show some progress, he'll probably feel more confident about including her. We could have her and Katniss go up to the suite for lunch? I think they could make up there and then maybe Peeta can find Prim and Gale right before they go back to training? I don't want to skip it D; I want them to hug it out. My view is that Haymitch is going to be told less because Snow will be looking at him and Katniss to be sneaky, so Gale and Prim were his next best bet. And ofc Haymitch will tell Katniss whatever Peeta told him.

Yeah writing with yourself is boring, should probably be done sparingly but I'm sure you'll be able to highlight and get what you want to happen with Prim and Haymitch. And I agree Katniss might head up to the suite with Gale for lunch maybe to take a quick shower, Prim can follow them up to talk to Katniss. I think I'm gonna push Gale/Katniss' talk in the tub to the next night since it seems like it can wait and if Katniss starts talking about Prim, it's going to make her cry right now. I think Peeta could then pull Gale and Prim aside before they go back to training, leaving Katniss to go back and be happy the rest of the day. I think that night, Katniss can talk to Gale, maybe with everything back on track, we can have Prim and Gale do something together which prompts them to spend some time before bed, same for Haymitch and Katniss. Should I assume the following night after that might be the Ball or did we want to wait?

Alright, then I'll detail Prim and Haymitch's talk in one post and get it all done and over with. At the end, I can have him go and find Katniss or if not then I can take us right to morning? I don't think anyone is really in the mood to talk right now, but I could be wrong and wouldn't mind throwing in whatever you felt like. And that sounds like a good plan, so I'll have her follow them up after her morning of Liam Neeson-ing and talk to Katniss about everything. I think the ball would make more sense at the end of the week and to just randomly throw it in on like, a Wednesday, for example is weird. I heard good things about the book. I love watching Investigation Discovery so I always assumed it was just a murder mystery but very extended.

I meant...tonight I thought you offered Haymitch to go check on Katniss when she's with Peeta on the roof. They'd go down and in doing so, Peeta would mention to Haymitch he wants to talk to him at some point (which would be "tomorrow" night).

Then the next day, we'd have the breakfast and training and whatever else we wanted to highlight with the gang and during lunch, Katniss and Gale would head up to their floor to eat together and Prim follows, makes up with Katniss who could go down to see Haymitch while Peeta stops Gale and Prim from leaving so he fills them in on his plan that is almost complete. Then we could skip to that night with Gale/Katniss talking about Prim, Haymitch/Peeta talking briefly, and probably some other interactions we want since now everyone is feeling much better, I assume.

Does that look outlined better? Or am I being too detailed...? ^^;

Yess, that plan works nicely. I was just afraid that I would end up leaving something out or maybe taking us too far into the next day and I never want to leave you with nothing to do. So, I'm going to bang this post out and make sure it ends with something that both Gale and Katniss can react to. Cue more awkward breakfast and just a little more time of Katniss and Prim not getting along. I really can't wait for them to make up and hug it out.

Rat Race was such a good movie. Yeah, I imagined if they were allowed to explore the Capitol on their own then everyone would just start taking off. Snow doesn't trust any of them, especially not Katniss and the gang so even if the others were allowed to look around, I imagine 12 would be confined to the housing building.

Gosh, Katniss probably has a lot of pent up anger (sister anger, I mean, not...real anger lol) for Prim since they tend to not fight very much. I can see their petty fight being so hilariously weird like "Tell Prim I'm not braiding her hair this morning." or "Tell Katpiss-I mean Katniss that she needs to lay off the desserts." or "I should have eaten that stupid cat." Of course I doubt it'll be like that cause Katniss is mostly known for silent treatment'ing the shit out of people rather than try to be witty. Katniss is gonna be so happy to see Prim actually making and effort (and scaring people) though~

I saw Sister Act for the first time last week, it was so cute. I mean Maggie Smith and Whoppi? Ohhh yeah. And yeah, cue everyone making plans to get out alive and when the Games start, it's only three idiots who didn't know they could try and leave.

Ooooh, yeah I like TNG but never tried seeing the new films, though I know a lot of fangirls enjoyed them heheh.

I'm sure Prim has the same thing going on. I think after Katniss volunteered for her, Prim might not feel like she has a right to be angry with Katniss ever again. They're really going to have to be more open with each other, but the problem is they're not going to have a lot of time to work on the flaws of their relationship when they're about to do these games. It's a very stressful time.

I admit, I've never been into Star Trek and only went to see Into Darkness because the previews for it were really pretty. Like, cinematography wise, I was into it. It was space, I didn't care if I hadn't seen the first one, I wanted to see that movie. So I did and I couldn't believe that so many actors I really liked were in it and I hadn't heard anything about it. I liked Chris Pine back when he was in that horrible Princess Diaries sequel, but he's just all around lovely, imo.

Yeah they do need more sister/gal time together and hopefully they'll be a force that's unstoppable. ^^

Sounds like a nice film then, I may add it to my list if I get bored on Netflix, as I know it's on there~

And you should watch it :3 It's got too much lens flare in it and there are a few parts of it that annoy me, mainly the treatment of some of the female actors but otherwise, it's a lot of fun.
