Jason started to back away, but the vent happened to break and the two slid down. Right into the middle of guards playing a game of cards.

Jason immdiatley jumped up, looking at the stunned guards in the room as he held his sword out, ready to attack. Meanwhile undead minions rose from the ground on all sides of the guards

Lila scrambled off the table but before she could rush over to Jason, one of the guards seemed to quickly regain his wit and grabbed her, jerking her back. The neko hissed and thrashed in the mans hold, ears flattening to her head.

At that moment Jason decided to let his minions attack. Without a word all of the undead lept forward and speared the guards with their swords, Jason smiled as they fell down and died

Jason looked at the undead. "Keep the guards busy as long as you can. All methods, except harming me and lila, are authorized" He said before grabbing Lila's hand and running towards the doors at the end of the hall

Lila gripped Jason's hand tightly as she raced alongside him. There were shouts behind them and she heard boots following, new guards probably having appeared from the rooms. Lila scowled and turned, slipping her hand from Jason. She glared at the guards, ears flat against her head as anger rushed through. Her hands came up, fire shooting from her fingertips and soon a wall of fire separated them from the guards. The neko then turned and sprinted after Jason.

Lila pressed against Jason, narrowed eyes focused on the turret. Her body was tensed as she struggled to use her mind powers to try and break the turret. Unfortunately she was straining too much because blood soon began to drip from her nose and her head started hurting.

Jason stopped her with a gentle hand on her cheek. "Relax, I got this." He says and steps out, a large field of dark matter appeared, so potent that it vaporized the very atoms of anything in its path except the halls. He threw the field at the turrent and watched as both the field and turrent vaporized. He smiled. "Damn straight"

Lila smiled and wiped the blood from her nose. Out of the corner of her eyes she saw a guard raise a gun and point it at Jason. "No!" She shouted mentally and flung out a hand. The guard went flying and slammed into the wall at the opposite end of the hall, crumpling into a heap.

Lila glanced up at him then back at the crossroads. They looked familiar...It then hit her that she was dragged down this very hallway when she was first brought to the facility. "Left!" She said and grabbed his hand, tugging him in that direction.

Jason nodded and gripped Lila's hand firmly in his own as they ran, meanwhile, one of the guards fighting an undead minion had hit the self destruct button. Just as the two got out and Jason pulled Lila into a small overhang on the cliff they were on, protecting them, the massive facility destructed.
