"Kyo take Katherin and get back to the manner, protect her at all means." Dante said playing with the knife in his hands as he crouched down to the doctor who was bleeding out on the floor paralyzed. "I'll be right behind you kyo can you carry her? If there's any trouble I'll take care of it." Dante said roing the doctor onto his back.

Even years after the events that led to his stay at the orphanage, Kyo still found his physical abilities fairly lacking. He could probably still run on the adrenaline high he was receiving, but he knew that his physical movements would still be very visibly hindered.

<<We need to be careful in going back, as well. We can't head straight back or they'll catch us again. >>

Dante looked at the doctor for a moment before stabbing the knife into his throat to make sure he would live, he got up and turned to kyo. "Lets go before more come we can go around the side of the cave the trees should give is good cover so we may be able to get the the manner." Dante said ripping the knife out of the doctor.

Kyo nodded as he stood up fully with Liz on his back and started towards the exit of the cave. On the way there, he noticed two guards lying dead at the entrance, but didn't really stop to examine them. He figured that Dante had to do something to get in there, after all. Although, that didn't make the sight any more pleasant...

Get over it. You've seen worse in the past month.

Ah, Nightmare. Clearly the compassionate one as always. Kyo rolled his eyes at the demon's apathy and continued in the direction that Dante had pointed out, keeping his senses on high alert for any more of the guards. He had been caught once before, after all, and he didn't want them all back in the cage.

Katherin was struggling to recover. She needed to move on her own. At least partly. Like this Kyo was venerable. She couldn't be the reason he was hurt. And where was Dante? He had to know he couldn't kill Gregory. She tapped Kyo's shoulder to get his attention.

Dante waited intel kyo left the cave with Katherin before he let wraths power consume him, it was a pain constantly fight the demon of calamity. Wrath flipped the knife in his hands, "feels good to control my vessel agin." He said popping his back he knelt down by the doctor stabbing the knife into him as he began to cut out the doctors heart, "Enjoy finding a new vessel brother." Wrath said to distrust ripping out the doctors heart, wrath headed for the mouth of the cave smashing the heart on his way out. He quickly ran to Kyo and Katherin not saying anything but watching their flank for more of distrusts men.

Kyo turned his head to look over his shoulder at Katherin at the feeling of tapping. Did she need something? He shifted her weight a bit to maintain a better grip as he waited to see what she wanted, but soon noticed another figure coming towards them from the cave. Dante...had he been lagging behind? Did something happen?

Without her notebook Katherin had no way to communicate with Kyo. She needed to get to town immediately and get herself a tablet like his. In the mean time hand gestures will have to do.she pointed to the ground. She want to move under her own power. Atleast as mich as she could. They needed to get back to he castle as fast as possible.

Dante came up from behind kyo and Katherin his right hand covered in blood, he noticed Katherin pointing towards the ground, "sorry but that's not happening we're not far and if we let you walk now it will just slow us down." Dante said in a stern tone as he spotted the castle.

Kyo nodded in agreement to Dante's statement; he didn't know the full extent of her injuries, but he was fairly certain that Katherin probably wouldn't be able to move very easily after the abuse that she had just endured. He tried to give a reassuring smile, hoping that she would understand that they could handle this. They did have their own tricks, after all, and he could probably carry her at least a little further.

The oddly strong scent of iron coming from Dante was making him wonder a bit about what had happened after he had left the cave, though. He would have to ask once he got his 'voice' back and just hope that he wouldn't try withholding information from him again.
Which reminded him: They still hadn't eaten, had they?

Katherin was frustrated. She knew the boys meant well but she was just as capable as they were. She might be injured but she was immortal. She could to take the damage and keep going. She knew they weren't going to listen to logic even if she could talk to them. Men were impossible when they got like this. She knew how to get back to the castle better then either of them did. She had lived her for a few years.

Kyo continues walking, staying alert in case there was anyone else around. They had been caught once already, after all, and he didn't want a repeat of that so soon. As they kept going, he slowly started to realize how tiring it was actually becoming to keep carrying Katherin, but he didn't want to let either her or Dante know. They were almost there anyway, weren't they? He could rest soon...just a little...further...

Katherin was relieved to see the castle in the distance. They were going to have to find away to protect themselves. A wall would help. And a security system. Maybe a few traps in the woods. She wondered if there was a supernatural way to keep Gregory and Distrust from getting so close. She would look into it as soon as they got back.

It was such a relief to see that they were finally approaching the castle. It was only a bit further after all, but the adrenaline had worn off long ago and he really couldn't keep going for much longer.

...or at all, apparently, since he found himself tripping over a root and falling right on his face. It hurt, but after the initial shock, he hoped that Katherine wasn't also injured. Even though he couldn't break his own fall, he was pretty sure that he had managed not to drop her, so perhaps it wasn't too bad. He didn't think that he could continue in the same way they had been, though; his muscles couldn't handle any more.

Katherin's breath was knocked out of her when Kyo tripped and fell. She hoped he was alright. The good thing about having a demon was that it took a lot of damage to seriously injure them. She could feel him breathing. She looked around for Dante. Hopefully he was close enough to help them.

Natsumi was waiting at the castle when she saw figures in the distance. Her eyes grew wide as she saw a figure on the ground. She runs over to see if she can help. "Are you ok?"

Kyo made an attempt to look up from the ground at the sound of a familiar voice. Thankfully, this one seemed to be more friendly than the people that he had met a little more recently that night. He didn't think that he was actually injured so much as he was tired, but he wasn't able to do much more than prop himself up on one arm and nod.

Katherin looked up. The keeper of Promiscuity Secrets whispered in her mind. Shit Katherin thought. That explained her unusual attraction to the other woman. She struggled to her feet. She cursed her lack of writing material. She really needed to get her hands on a table like Kyo's.

Noticing Katherin's movement behind him, Kyo pushed himself into onto his knees and pulled his tablet out from his jacket. It looked like it had managed to survive the fall, so that was a good sign. Typing a quick message on the device, he handed it to Katherin while he caught his breath. *I'm sorry, I didn't think that I would run out of energy so quickly. I hope that you are alright.*
