Bio: Ever since Kai was a young boy, he was always calm so his Crime Coefficient never reached 100. He led a very normal life and entered school. He was always fascinated with the Enforcers that he even wished to be one. His parents told him that being an Enforcer isn't necessarily good as they are over the normal. After that, he wished to become an Inspector as he still wanted to work with them. He entered the Academy that trains to-be Inspectors and he passed with flying colors. Name: Amaya Kiyoshi Gender: Female Age: 15 Crime Coefficient: 246 Enforcer/Inspector: Enforcer, Hound 1 Personality: Amaya always seems to be sweet and kind, she always hep her fellow squad members. Though behind the her sweet personality she is slightly crazy. She's sadistic though and does enjoy inflicting pain, but she tries to be nice. Bio: Amaya's family wasn't the nicest to her. Amaya tolerated her family's behavior towards her and the bullying she received at school. She tolerated until she couldn't anymore. Amaya let her crime coefficient rise higher and higher. There were times when she wanted to kill, but Amaya repressed those urges any way she could, occasionaly having to harm herself. Extra Info: Talented with knives. Has multiple scars on her body.

Inspector Two of Unit One // Female // 25 // Crime Coefficient of 27 ___________________ Mi is a rather earnest but clumsy woman. She usually spends her time with Enforcers, finding them less uptight and easier to talk to than Inspectors. However, wherever work is concerned, she becomes very serious and intimidating, as she is a workaholic and prefers to prevent any catastrophes from happening like what happened five years ago with her. Otherwise, she is very carefree and happy-go-lucky. She likes to go drinking on Friday nights, even if she knows she will get hungover days later. __________________ tba //

Name: Alexander Exodus Gender: Male Age: 17 Crime Coefficient: 290 Enforcer/Inspector: Enforcer Hound 2 of unit one Personality: He is nice and kind and acts pretty normal but his real personality is cruel, he loves to imagine torturing people and the sound of screaming is music to his ear, also he loves the sight of blood and seeing it drop on the ground. Bio: He was an orphan for as long as he can remember and his orphanage was located in a dangerous city. He would always see people getting robbed or killed by getting stabbed ir shot. Everyday he would get to a hidden place where he can see an alley where mugger usually stab people. It was the most entertaining thing in the world for him, he even watch the bloodiest and goriest shows. His favorite was the one that talks about torture and love the each tool makes as it cuts or cracks. He would walk around in public imaging people he saw getting tortured to death by him. Then his crime coefficient grew pretty high that he captured.

Name: Ada Schneider Gender: Female Age: 18 Crime Coefficient: 223 Enforcer, Hound 3 Personality: Bio: Adda was an orphan for most of her life. When her parent died she was left alone, not knowing any language besides German. It took a long time but soon enough, Adda had learned other languages, though she still preferred German to any other language. Adda grew up non violent. But slowly as she was treated poorly on the streets one though began to fill her mind. Töten sie. Kill them. However Adda never acted on that though, she merely let the feeling pile on until her crime coefficient rose to high enough levels for herself to be caught. Other: German

Appearance: Appearance Name: Jacque Marrow Gender: Male Age: 32 Crime Coefficient (if you're an Enforcer, it has to be above 100): 49 Enforcer/Inspector: Inspector (Unit 2) Personality: Jacque can come of as rather cold and ridged to others, sometimes to the point where he seems more like a machine than a man at times. He's a professional first and foremost, whose primary goal will always be to follow whatever orders he receives to the letter. He's usually very patient, however he has little tolerance for failure and even less for insubordination, making him one to dole out punishment -up to but not limited to physical force- to anyone under his command should they not be "up to snuff". Continued failure under his command may result in him submitting a request for reevaluation of a subordinate's crime coefficient due to his severe distaste for failing. Bio: Jacque's life started out fairly tame, he was the son of a U.S. ranger, who shaped Jacque into the man he is today through strict rules and demanding physical training. Upon reaching the cusp of his adulthood, Jacque considered joining the military himself, however he found himself wanting a job that was a bit more lucrative. He would find himself falling in with a private contracting company, seeing and doing more things than he cared to remember all in the name of money for many years. This career path eventually came to an end when a severe injury to his knee forced him to put his career on hold. He underwent surgery to repair the damage, however he was told that he would never be one hundred percent again and was forced to ultimately retire from the private contracting business. Not one to let an injury stop him from working, Jacque moved to Japan hoping for a fresh start. His experience and willingness to follow orders landed him a job as an inspector for the M.W.PS.B.
