Supernatural College

I have an idea for a supernatural college. It will be kind of like Harry Potter mixed with Saints Row. There will be blood, gore, magic (for those who couldn't guess) martial arts, sniper duels, the occasional full scale epic battle, a unique lore, and other awesome stuff like that.

Details? Well you already know it will be more geared towards adults. It will be set on an island of the coast of California. Its urban fantasy, so people will be casting spells and playing with cell phones. There will be a point system to stop people from being op. Almost any type of magic is allowed so long as you're not god like. And don't worry about wands, staves, or incantations. Those are not necessary for casting spells. The year will be 2008.
