Finn was walking down the castle and seen two women walking in his direction and he smiled as he walked past them, he turned then flicked his fingers up in order to blow the back of their dresses up in the air, he raised his eyebrows and smiled

Aery nodded to Celaena. "Of course. If there's anything else you need just let me know." She then yelped at the sensation of wind on her legs, pinned her nightgown down, and whirled to face Finn. "Just what do you think you are doing?" she demanded, her eyes that pale, crazy shade of ice that made most people tremble. "I could see you flayed and hung above the palace gates for such an act as you have just committed against me!" her whole body was shaking with a bizarre combination of fear and rage and shame. Still clutching her skirt tight to her legs she backed up a few steps, producing the thin leather thong that her silver dagger hung on. She drew the knife with shaking hands, pointing it at Finn.

Finn blew on his pointing finger and thumb and began to rub them together to make both of them have a major headache "Sorry what was that my queen " then he touched the left side of the wall for a boundary spell to lock them in where they were. "I'm having fun my queen, i'm sorry I didn't recognise you, I thought you were someone else.. my apologies. " He waved his hand and both spells cancelled each other.

Aery gritted her teeth, hating the condescending way he was referring to her as "my queen", like she was a possession of his! The arrogant bastard! "You have no right to call me that. I am properly addressed as "Your Majesty," or if that is not suitable to your own ego, you may call me "Queen Aerienna." And you will kindly refrain from practicing magic, or "having fun" as you call it, while you are in these halls. You are not on the roster of practicing mages or mage apprentices, which makes me believe that you are here without the consent of my Mage Chancellor, not to mention without the knowledge or consent of any of the Royal Guard. Do explain yourself." She reached out to Ame.Amethystia get your tail up here, there's a mage and he's messing with my head, and he's not on the roster.
To which Ame replied,You get YOUR tail down HERE! Both of your boys have magic, like, really, really strong magic, and they're trying to blow up the freaking kitchen!
Aery pinched the bridge of her nose, trying to ward off the magically-induced headache.
Okay, well, bring both of them in here. I'll need all the help I can get to deal with this guy.
Ame, Aiden, and Alek came trotting up the stairs behind Aery and Finn. "My lady? Is something the matter?" Ame asked.
The boys were not so subtle. "Mommy Mommy Mommy MOMMY! Auntie Ame won't let us play in the kitchen because we nearly lit it on fire!" They came running and tackled Aery, making her fall and crack her head against the wall. Grumbling at the pain and the black spots dancing before her vision, she stood back up, swaying slightly.
"Amethystia, I thought you gave them false memories."
"I did. When their magic broke free the memories must have... Oh." FOR GOD'S SAKE ANSEL, WILL YOU QUIT MEDDLING? YOU'RE DEAD! "Ansel probably took them away."
Aery groaned. "Okay, too many things to deal with."
Silly came trotting up as well, nearly stabbed the boys as they tackled her, only to look sheepishly down at Aery. "Sorry, my lady." she said to Aery. "They scared me." To the man she said, "Sir, you have three minutes to explain yourself, or I will be forced to arrest you."

" That's just it-- what do I say? Am-am I-am I just supposed to feel bad for these people that I hurt? Am I-am I supposed to feel guilty for this... this female witch I killed? I'm sorry." Finn looked Silly in the eyes and smiled " Arrest me.. no darling, you have not fully matured yet." At that he motioned his fingers to the Royal Falcon Banner, setting it alight " My name is Finn Griffith.. Expert male witch, I mean no harm to " My Queen " will you take notice of my apologies, I was locked in a coffin for one hundred years, my captors allowed me one year of freedom, in which i performed an age spell to keep me young"

Aery rolled her eyes behind closed eyelids, her hands massaging her temples trying to make the headache go away. Too many things to deal with. She hissed at the use of the epithet.
"You will be well-served for your impudence!" Silly snapped. "You not only condescend Her Majesty, and go against a royal command! You also shame the captain of her guard with vile, crude slander!"
She tackled the man to the ground while she was talking, pinning his arms behind him. "I arrest you in the name of the Crown of Adarlan. May our gods have mercy on your soul." She tied his wrists with rawhide cords. That done she stood off to the side with a dagger to the man's throat.
It then clicked with Aery. "Finn Griffith, if that is your name, I ask you a question: Which witch did you murder? Answer truthfully or face a worse fate than execution. And who were your captors, to tie up such a powerful magic for a hundred years?"
Ame yelped and with a snap of her fingers doused the fire on the banner. She mumbled under her breath, her magic in effect tying Finn's up for the moment. He was probably powerful enough to break it, if he was who he said he was.

" My Captors were Genevieve and Dahlia, two very strong dead witches that is until I overloaded their Magic through Dark Magic and yes Finn Griffith is my name, Your Majesty." Finn realised the young one had suppressed his magic and whispered ' Vijdt ' instantly breaking her spell " I have some interesting Witch Artefacts as to show proof I am who I say I am. If only someone would release these bonds." Finn turned his head to face the one who bound him in ties.

Silly, in response, yanked the rawhide cords tighter. "Not a chance. I still don't know why your here. And you used your magic to assault Her Majesty, which is pretty much an automatic sentence to prison."
Ame grumbled, letting go of her power. She'd never found someone who'd bested her so easily before.
Aery sighed. "Silenia, let him go. Just one more chance, mind you, Master Griffith, or it's a life in prison for assault on a royal."
Silly muttered under her breath, but drew a dagger and cut the cords around Finn's wrists, "accidentally" nicking him in the process.

" I wish to conversate with Ame and Queen Silverheart" He felt the nick injuring him but it healed quickly due to his pseudo - immortality "Young one bring a bowl and sage plus candles" He said to the witch that suppressed his magic, due to his slumber for a hundred years he now possessed a unparalleled amount of magic. He was sure the young witch knew it.

Ame, angry at being ordered about like a servant, but still foolishly doing what the man asked, went and got what was necessary. She also got a pitcher of water and several cups, and instructed the maid to draw up Celaena's bath, since it seemed like they'd be occupied for a while.
She returned with the items and watched as Aery led them into the study, lighting the lamps. Aery took her chair behind the desk, motioning for Ame to sit next to her, and for the man to sit across from them.

Finn took the things she got for him and then put the sage into the bowl and waved his hand over the candle and it light up then he gripped the candle and poured the hot wax and flame over the sage "A privacy spell.. no one can hear us or enter this room.." He smiled to Ame and then put his hand into his cloak and pulled out a chain with wrist cuffs and a bone like dagger which curved slightly and then placed them down on the table "Dahlia's Dagger and Magic cancelling wrist cuffs. The dagger is the most dangerous I myself have been on the receiving end of it and it is not pleasant. it takes the magic and transfers it to the holder, I had to pull it from my chest to survive. " He added.

Aery stared at the dagger, hiding her expression. Finally she looked up at the man, weariness, and still that edge of fear, in her blue-gray eyes. "What do you want from us? Why do you walk in these halls, why do you spell my people?"
Ame picked up the shackles, yelped at a spark of her magic being sucked away, and dropped them. "That is a terribly powerful spell."
To Aery she thought, I'm so glad I don't have to try to fight those two witches. I sincerely doubt that I could.

"That's why I need them kept here for eternity locked away from any rogue mages, but as token of my gratitude you may keep the dagger, but on one condition I cement my place here, Oh i'm sure Miss Sardothien will agree as I got her out of the asylum infact where is she?" He asked them both (asking about the coloured person she inhabited )

Aery shifted uncomfortably. "Oh, she's... Alright. Um..."
Ame kicked her under the desk. "That was not the Miss Sardothien you know, Master Griffith. There was a mixup, of sorts, caused by a rogue mage, Ansel of Briarcliff. Your student? Anyway, she mixed up a whole bunch of souls. Aery got flipped with a boy in the Underworld. Ansel put herself in Celaena's body and Celaena wound up in the body of an anonymous african-american woman, who unfortunately died when we reversed the spell."

" And this Ansel you speak of wasn't my student, she was Dahlia's but now that you mention it she wanted to bring Dahlia back but I killed her but when I was killing her she chanted a spell similar to a mass resurrection spell. But aside from that, you agree to let me have a place here, also I managed to appropriate both of their grimoires, spell books if you will they are located in my Travel Sack. " He asked once more.

Aery sighed. She really had a headache. "Lady Amethystia, your thoughts?"
Ame shifted on her chair. "Consider your place here established. You will be appointed as one of my advisers on magic. In the morning. You will answer to me and to your colleague Shadow, because of seniority. And any disloyalty on your part will be construed as a threat to the empire and dealt with accordingly. As far as the spell-books, give them to me before breakfast tomorrow. Just leave them on the desk in my study."
Her nanny came knocking at the door. "Ame, darling? It's past your bedtime! You can finish up whatever you're doing tomorrow morning!"
Ame sighed. "I'm the Mage Chancellor of Adarlan, quite possibly the most powerful witch in Adarlan, I'm on the Mages Council for all Erilea, and I have to answer to a nanny." She rose to her feet and curtsied prettily to Aery. "Your Majesty, I must adjourn, or Mistress Hannalea might come in here. And she might actually start trying to organize things. So, for your sake, and for mine, goodnight." She turned, blushing slightly, and quickly walked out the door. Aery could hear the nanny admonishing her in baby-talk through the door.

Celaena stood in the bathroom and looked around then sniffed the air, Jasmine infused water, she thought and then smiled as she slipped off her cloaks and tunics then climbed into the bathtub, almost at once her thoughts faded as the water burned her skin slightly, she smiled at that moment and wondered what Ame and Aery were doing Probably doing business of their own accord. she began cleaning her self in the tub, reaching for area's that mean were not allowed to get near unless she confirmed their touch before hand.

After about twenty minutes in the tub, she climbed out and then dried her self completely and slipped on a new silk dress that she had bought with her in the trip to Adarlan, she did up her hair and smiled as she walked out of the room and began searching for Aery, She eventually found her in a room with a man and items on a table "Who is this Aery." She immediately moved behind him reaching for the knife that lay on the table, as she thought it was an attacker.

Aery gritted her teeth. "Your Majesty, Finn Griffith, assistant Chancellor of Mages of Adarlan. Master Griffith, Her Majesty Aelin Ashryver, Queen of Terrasen." Then she shook her head, dropping it onto her arms which were folded across the desk. "Oh, why did I say that. I'm sorry. I've only gotten like three hours of sleep in the last week." Because I wake up every night screaming from nightmares and can't go back to sleep because of the darkness. But she didn't say it.
"Master Griffith, if you will kindly excuse me. I need to go to sleep before I say anything else that I will regret." She stood, curtsied to Celaena, and walked quickly from the room, to find her own bed.
And then she was greeted by a surprise. Her room was a disaster; Ame and Silly and the boys were playing tag and tickle-war.
"Wyrd save me, what's gotten into you?"
Instantly they stopped, turned to face her, and the girls curtsied and the boys bowed. "Sorry, mum, your majesty." Alek said.
"Mama, can we sleep with you tonight? We gots scared because we didn't know where we was." Aiden said.
Aery sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. She really needed to go to bed. But maybe having the boys there would keep her calmer.
"Alright. But why were you all playing around? And why on earth did YOU join in, Ame?"
Ame blushed. "I've never had the chance to play with kids my age. They were teaching me how to play tag and things."
Aery's mouth quivered. She fell on the floor, laughing and crying in equal measure.
The kids, amused by this dramatic turn of events, took one look at her and fell in a puppy pile all around her.

Celaena looked around the gardens and then made her to her room and fell on the bed falling asleep instantly dreaming about all the people that were killed because of herself.

Aery jerked awake in bed, expecting to find two young boys pressed up on either side of her, the way she'd fallen asleep in the dream.
But no, there was just the pain in her belly, the constant pain and the weakness fluttering in her throat, and the waves of soundlessness pressing in on her, threatening to suffocate her. And the waves of loneliness.
She got to her feet, grabbing the lit candle that always stood beside her bed. She wandered down the hall to Rowan's room. Knocked. Knocked again. Pushed it open, stirring up a layer of dust.
He wasn't here. Because he was dead.
She fell to her knees, sobbing.
A guard came up beside her, put an arm around her, talked in soothing tones, guiding her back to the bedroom where she'd suffocate in the darkness, in the lonely dark room where Ame should have been chattering with Silly.
But neither of them would be, because they both were dead, too.
She screamed, fighting the guard away. "Get away from me!" she shouted, her voice cracking. She ran down the hall weeping, to the room of the only person who could ever possibly understand. She pounded on the door, still sobbing. "Celaena, Celaena, help me. Help me." She slammed her body against the door, crying, unable to see through the tears. "Celaena, please! Please, help me. I can't..."
