@whoami: sorry if it wasn't clear in the CS, but skills refer only to non supernatural talents. Your character cannot be a psychic. Also, though this is a fantasy setting, the tech level should be roughly 19th centuryish so things like titanium and chloroform would not exist.

I actually think Chloroform fits the bill, since commercial use and production began by the 1850's (It had been synthesized twenty years before and used mostly as a reagent/neat trick at parties) Plus its use as an aesthetic is notoriously risky, here's a quick snippit.



That said I'm not so sure a chloroform soaked rag would be much use against hunters or beasts....

Made the edits.

Brought down Tessa's stats so they aren't borderline god-tier.
Removed all indication of psychic power and rather made it just a power that is difficult to restrain.
Switched the metal in Tessa's wrist claws from titanium to folded steel, similar to that of a katana.
Changed the .45 caliber pistol to an auto loading hand crossbow.
Changed Tessa's fail safes to remove the chloroform and the stun gun, opting out for just anesthetic drugs of varying type. Alternatively, one could just whack Tessa over the head to knock her out.

Alright. That'll warrant a pretty hefty background change which I'll get to in an hour or so.

As for aspects, would Bloodmancy be acceptable? My intended theme for Tessa is that she's a glass cannon bordering on evil, herself.

@Whoami: As far as I know, you don't choose your magical aspects-y stuffs. Mancala gives you stuff based on your stats and history and whatever. And, not to be a killjoy (I'd hate to be a fun-wrecker), but I think Boggle already has the Blood-magic type of power? But maybe there's more than one type?

All that said, maybe you could PM Mancala and see if you can work something out? Just have a nice chat with him about it and figure things out. He seems like a nice and reasonable guy from what I've seen. He's probably willing to accommodate new ideas. I'm sure you can figure something out. ^-^

@Whoami - I'd suggest simply writing a character that you'd be happy with even without any powers, that way your aspect will be just a cherry on top. That said, a few suggestions...

*I don't think their are any gas stations to crash into, since everything runs on duskstone.
*Not sure about 'high school'. Education doesn't seem standardized or mandatory, more like a privilege for the wealthy.
*I'd shy away from the seven deadly sins bit--at least until Mancala weighs in on what religion prevails in the setting
*Killing hunters--even indirectly--seems like the sort of thing the fraternity would come down on -hard-. Internally if not officially.

Working on completely overhauling the character with a different background to be more lore friendly and fitting. I wont even lay a finger on powers and let the powers that be decide Tessa's fate.

@Whoami: An Aspects is something you are born with, not something that is earned so you'll have to change that. Your stats are also on the low side, which is fine, but you can increase a few of them if you wanted. Most of the rest is good to go, your Hunter's Aspect is "Shadowrunner" which allows your shadow to maintain physical form and move independently from you. While moving in a shaded area, you move quicker and your wounds regenerate. Be wary, shadows have a tendency to disobey their masters.
