@booksmusicanime Thanks for accepting me! Also, I really don't know anything at all about the world, so is the basic gist of things that humans starting being "racist" towards the unhumans and eventually began killing of those who didn't go into hiding or adapt?

A book called Cress, third book to the Cinder series and the final book doesn't come out until the fall.

What happened is that the supernatural were in hiding and then one day they left hiding. In doing that it scared and angered a lot of the world. Groups of people were formed to kill them. Eventually laws were put in place to protect them but they involved something and something else. My mind is fuzzy on the story. I haven't read the comic in a while since no new page has been put up so I've lost most of the background info and such.

@booksmusicanime Could I get an idea as to where Wy and Spinel are in the inn? Is it plausible that Blitz had heard the sound and exited his room to check out where the commotion came from? Also, what time of day is it?
