Ringing... why is there a ringing? It's not time to wake up yet. Reavers pats around on his bed for his communicator, once he grabs ahold of his device he connects the call. "This is Reaver, what's the mission?" He says, having that freshly woken sound in his voice. "Agent Reaver, we need you and Agent Aria to get down to the southern wall immediately. We have a code green, there is a horde of Goblins that need to be exposed of. Sun light is coming soon, make it quick. Darius out."

Once the connection was broken, he hit a button on his communicator and spoke the command, "Aria." He waited a few moments until he heard her voice on the other line sounding somewhat like English. Then simply said, "It's show time, South Wall, Fifteen minutes. Breakfast on me later. Reaver out." Reaver jumped out of bed and ran over to his uniform. He slipped out of the clothes he slept in, and strapped that skin tight suit on as fast as possible. He then strapped his assortment of knives and weapons to his person. Lastly, tying on his lucky bandanna for good measure. Leaving his warm bed behind, he starts to sprint towards the corridor that leads straight to the South Wall.

The young woman had been awake for an hour already when she heard her radio buzzing not too far aeway from where she sat, half dressed and reading a novel on the other side of the compound. It was strange that even though the two of them had been a fighting pair of little over two years now that they hadn't been move into at least adjoining rooms for ease access to one another like most pairs. But then again, she was a woman, and they were few and far between in the Warrior Corps. "What do you want." She growled into the radio, her accent light and yet still twisting her words slightly from her obvious birthplace of great Britain, the northern reaches actually where she'd been taken as a child and turned into a living weapon, not meant to feel pain or love. They'd turned her into a sexless being for the majority of her life until she learned that she could use her womanly charms to draw out some of the more sexual species of monsters that the two went over the wall to hunt. She listened as he spoke and dropped her novel, already pulling on her clothes and getting her gear together.

She dressed in her tight pants, boots and black tank top with her leather jacket zipped up and over her chest though, considering it probably wasn't much, she grabbed her black cloak and swung it around her shoulders. On her thighs she strapped twin daggers and from either of her hips hung a quiver of arrows, each with an assortment of heads and functions. She left her naginata behind this time, planning on leaving the vast majority of the close up work to her partner while she grabbed her bow and left her room, the door locking automatically behind her. We can't have the boys going through her clothes now could we. With her hood drawn up to shade her face from the others she kept her auburn hair back while her perfectly plump and smooth red lips formed her signature mantra that she whispered every time she was about to go into a fray. At the corridor she saw her partner, Agent Reaver, nearing the location as she was though he was sprinting where she was taking a brisk walking pace; her legs were long and capable of long stride at a slower pace than most walked or ran but still taking the same distance in a similar amount of time.

As the two met up on the way to the rendezvous, Reaver matched her speed. As a guy, in the Warrior Corps, they would partner you with another guy. This case between him and Aria was quite different, how long has it been since they officially became a special Op team? Couple years at least. She is definitely the better looking than of many that are in the Program, even the Vampiric women that have a aura about them that causes such distractions hardly compare to her; she wouldn't hear that from him though, at least not yet.
They grew up in basic training together, but the girls didn't usually blend with the guys very well until much older. Reaver always thought their training is much more thorough than the guys are. Men can think on tasks easily, and can be consumed by the job at hand. Women have a certain emotionalism to them and with the world they lived in, that had to be broken. To have to change yourself from the one thing you are made to do, made for connection, relationship, and love only a female can give. It seemed to him that the girls are far better trained than the men.... That's probably why he gets along with her so well. He's not a sexist like the other guys are when they see the girls. Always barking at them, being disrespectful, if any of them wanted to, they could kill every guy that did it to them. Such is the training in the Warrior Program.

Bringing his mind to the task at hand, he says to her, "It's a Code Green, any Goblin that gets over the wall is considered Failing the Mission. We are to overcome the threat and kill as many of the green bastards as possible. Any course of action necessary, as long as the Great Separator stays in tact." They came into the last stretch of the corridor, seeing gunman and archers shooting volleys at the attacking force. One of the standing operatives were securing two reinforced ropes that are used for scaling down the wall. As the operative sees the duo coming, he stands at attention, "Commanders on Deck!" A few un-busy gunman saluted and went back to maintaining their objective. Reaver turns to him and says, "What's the status report?" he says to him as he's tying himself down with the rope the operative secured. He answered with, "There are a lot of them, Sir. We're doing what we can, but we're only accurate at a certain reach. It's a hit or miss with how high up we are. That's why we called in for back up. Is it just you whom was called? Or are there more coming? Not to be disrespectful, Sir. I just think that this situation is a little more difficult to handle than you two alone." Reaver smiles. A genuine, knowledgeable smile, and says, "It looks like you will just have to find out, maybe you'll learn why we are sent over the Great Wall, and so few are not." He stared into the eyes of the young warrior, as he climbed up to the edge of the wall, looks over to his partner and says, "Mi Lady, lets go down and greet our fair neighbors." He pulled his elbow blades from their holster. Clicking a button, the blade unfolds and grows three and a half feet tall, which made them end just above his ears from the way he was holding them. "I love this part." He says as he leans back into the oblivion of darkness that is the out side of the Great Separator.

The woman had followed silently, her boots tapping on the cement flooring of the compound that they lived in while she silently walked next to her partner. She was human, almost totally, aside from her training she hadn't been given the vampire injection that many of the other recruits had when they were children or still in the womb; she had learned everything she knew and perfected it, becoming one of the best shots in the entire Warrior Corps. She knew how men viewed her and the other women, saw them look at her when she passed and heard them laugh whenever she stepped into the training ring but every opponent she had ever faced in training had ended up broken and bruised, and every enemy on the battlefield was dead before they could so much as see her. She'd been trained so harshly because she was a woman and few thought that women were capable of the level of ruthlessness that they needed, but since she'd come as far as she did they had begun to ask her to interact with and train some of the younger girls though she never turned them into machines like they had her, in fact she taught them that being woman was their greatest advantage; it didn't matter the species, males always took it ease on the female. Well, maybe except orcs; their women were stronger than the men normally.

At the edge of the wall she looked over the men who'd stopped to salute though most of them cast their gaze down when she looked at them and while Reaver got the update on the situation she listened though just as she stepped forward to go toward the edge of the wall one of the men snickered. Without a thought or hesitation she whirled on her heel and stepped toward the unsuspecting male, flicking his foot out from under him until he landed on his back heavily in surprise, an arrow tip pointed directly at his left eye. "I advise you to learn some respect soldier, or you might just find yourself sexless." Her face was blank, like an assassin who cared not to show the victim what they really thought, unaffected by the way he looked at her with pleading gaze; a narrowing of her eyes shut him up as he nodded his head and she walked away without another word to see her partner leaning over the edge of the wall with a smirk.

Unlike her partner she showed little excitement in going into battle, her hood pulled up over her she set her bow down on a stone end for a moment to untie that which held the cloak around her shoulders and let the black fabric fall to the ground behind her while she picked up the bow again and wrapped the rope around her leg. She needed both of her hands free to do her job while he was just going to land on the ground, she would remain silent and unseen by the enemy until there were none left or she was out of arrows. With a quiet nod to him she flipped over the edge of the wall and used the rope to slow her decent, turning and letting the rope tangle neatly around her thin and curvaceous body until she was fifty feet above the tallest goblin and out of their natural sight range. She drew an arrow back on her bow and waited for her partner to make it down before she would lose the first of her arrows.

He chuckled to himself seeing the sight of a military man being degraded by a Woman. She always made him laugh one way or another when they around 'other' people. There was the Warrior program, and then regular human military. Arias was drafted from the regular military as a kid because she had excellent potential, never really took to the other Warriors that she hadn't gotten the injection. He was proud of her for how far she's come, and even more so when she got on the battle field with him. As a Warrior, we are taught to overcome fear, embrace it, not to be fearless. It made a better Warrior. He felt safe with her watching his back, he couldn't say that about his last partner, the moron refused to listen to orders while over the wall and got ripped in half by an Ogre.. Not saying he deserved that, but he was kind of a dick.

Reaver started to slow his pace until he was about thirty feet above them. He placed his blades at his side clip to hold them in place. He wrapped the rope around his arm, undid the note that tied him to it; faced the wall and pushed off. He did this a few times until he got plenty of air, while as far as he knew it could go, he let go of the rope and launched forward into the middle of their ranks. Like fluid he reached started throwing his knives with where he knew he was going to land. He was a great shot, just not the best. He left that to Aria. Each knife met it's mark and just as he landed he pulled his blades from his clip. Looked around him at the shocked Goblins and said, "You shouldn't have left the forest, and now I'm taking as many of you out as possible until you understand not to screw with our City!" From there it was a blood bath. His actions smooth and flawless as he cut down many Goblins with one stroke. Any time a Goblin got terribly close to him, he saw an arrow where he knew it would be.

He continued to press his skill to the absolute maximum. At one point there was a bigger Goblin that tried to knock him off his feet with his spiked club. Reaver jumped over him like an acrobat, and plunged his blade through his heart while slicing through another poor victim of his brutality. This went on for over an hour. Some started to retreat as soon as he got there, others started to trickle off, and a majority of them met their end at his blade or by hers. By the end of it, there would be a mountain of bodies to burn. He looked at the carnage that he and his partner had constructed. Covered in blood, he reaches down into one of his compartments on his belt and produced a rag in which he wiped his face of blood. He took a moment to enjoy the twilight, just as the Sun started to show his face over the Ocean to the East. His sweat was being chilled as he walked over to Arias. He didn't like the fact that he was covered in the blood of his enemy. Yes it made it more intimidating, but attractive in any way? He'd have to say no. While he cleaned off his blades and put them back into their holster. He looked up at her when he was closer and said, "So what're we having for breakfast? I'm famished."

Safety and peace were never something that Aria felt, having grown up beaten and beating to get her where she needed to be and how far she'd gotten. She was a woman which made her unusual in this age, and even stranger was the fact that she beat Warriors without being part of the program herself; she was human. Having watched her partner drop further than her and begin to carnage that came with the vampire blood in his system she wondered - not for the first time - if he ever craved blood like a vampire did. The Program had always been a strange thing to her and she'd seen the difference between them and regular soldiers since she interacted with them all on a daily basis because of her duties when she was still within the cities walls. She'd never had a partner before Reaver either, having always done her missions with whoever was in need of one for a while before being assigned to watch Reaver after his partner had died disobeying orders beyond the Wall. They'd worried about him going off the rails and sent her on three missions with him before he had found her at the compound with the younger girls; she'd been smiling and he'd gone to command to ask for an official partner - Aria.

She looked down from where she hung upside down on the rope and aimed at one of the goblins, seeing it move to attack Reaver only to be stopped by an arrow in it's eyes and killing it instantly. Blood spattered against another one while an arrow drive straight through one into another and into the heart of a goblin. Her killing was systematic and constant, rhythmic and steady whereas her partner was a beast on the battlefield until near the end when she dropped all the way to the ground and used her bow as a blade while she plucked arrows from the deceased to kill others with. Unlike many of the Warriors she didn't take pleasure in killing; it was her job and she did it to the best of her abilities, that was all she was ordered to do. She looked up as her partner approached her, covered in blood and gore whereas she was next to spotless from her systematic approach to killing, preferring to stay out of reach of the spatter save for a single drop on her left cheek.

"I had planned to eat with the girls today, though it's looking like we'll be busy for a while." She said as she walked passed him to start tearing arrows from their victims, each one a kill and dripping with inhuman blood. She was a machine and didn't look as if it bothered her much at all to be doing this whereas most other soldiers showed some level of guilt or remorse, aggression or simply a fulfillment of their duties. Another woman may have cried or hated doing this, but Aria was nicknamed the Void by the other soldiers for a reason. She would have to clean the arrows off before the blood dried on her arrows too much and ruined the fletching so that it couldn't be used anymore. As she walked her hips swayed, as she'd allowed her figure to be shown whenever she dressed since it was one of the few advantages she had over the Warriors here, since none could find it in themselves to mock her when watching her walk in such a provocative manor.

Reavers head went tilt as she walked away. What a sight indeed, if there was anything called luck, he had it. A girl who looked like that always withtin spittin' distance. If the world was normal as it was all those years ago, he often wondered what he'd be like. What kind of woman he would of married, had kids with, what job he had. Well, too late now.

Shrugging off the thoughts he walks over to the Goblins that recieved his knifes. Taking out the well lodged knifes from their chests, wiping them down with his rag and placing them back in their sheath. One thing about Reaver, he was never wasteful. Only had what he needed and never splurged and got what he didn't.

From there he grabbed the foot of a couple Goblins lying close and started throwing them on top of eachother, making a mound of Goblins. He did this to count his kills, status reports are always fun when it came to these sorts of missions. They always want to know what the kill count is on how bad we dinged the enemy. He looked back up and saw all the bodies that he had torn through, not really noticing it before, but the ground was like an army grave site, littered with their green bodies. "This is going to take forever... Screw it, they woke me up, they can clean it up." Reaver clicks the communicator in his ear, hearing someone on the communications line pick up, he says, "This is Agent Reaver of the 75th Branch, I need a clean up crew for the emergency this morning. They need a strong stomach and someone who can count past my Branch number. Make sure their specific instructions include searching the bodies for anything useful to the Colony." After he repeated the order back to him, they disconnected.

Reaver looked down at his clothes, they were gross and starting to dry on his suit, which was going to be hard to clean. He shrugged and started to walk towards Aria, who was now a bit of a distance from him. "So is that a no on breakfast?"

Aria could tell he was thinking, just from the way he went silent though he could very well have just been watching her walk and the feel of her eyes on her told her it might have been both before he started moving himself. He often counted his kills, whereas the young woman normally found herself counting her arrows and scolding herself on how many she had had to use, and how long it would take her to kill those that which had attacked the wall and thinking about how she could have done it faster and better than she had during the encounter. When she heard his start talking in his radio she had finished sliding her arrows back into the custom quivers that held them even when she was upside down; he was calling for a clean up crew though he had to know that if civilians came down they could very well be attacked as well. When he was finished speaking into the radio he carried she was standing not too far away with her hands behind her back and he hips tilted to the side slightly while her bow was held in her hands in such a way that it could be fired from there or swung around in a deadly point. Aria herself didn't carry a radio on her person, since he did most of the talking anyway and the loud buzz of one would only make her job harder if it was heard while she was ducked just out of sight of her targets.

"They should be able to manage on their own." Aria watched him as he walked toward her, her grey eyes dark in the half light of the rising sun, her eyelashes casting soft shadows over graceful cheekbones and smooth skin. Her face remained without scars, unlike the majority of her body which had a scar somewhere close by or on it. Women outside of the forces tended to do things more closely related to the home or the well fare of the soldiers while not being directly involved in the fighting themselves, but the few who were often ended up just as scared as the men if not more so. She almost smiled now, the corner of her mouth twitching up for a moment though they were still on the battlefield and she couldn't relax yet in case of a sneak attack by those they had hunted or those who were hunting them. "We should get cleaned up first though, maybe dress like regular people if we're going to leave the compound." She suggested, lifting a hand and wiping the single drop of blood from her face, leaving behind a smear of red.

Everything seemed to slowly get better around New Haven. It's been a long time since we've had an attack of any kind. Especially from the Goblins, It was quite strange seeing them on the offence. Usually they stuck to their hills or mountains to stay out of the way from Lycans, Orcs, Ogres, and other creatures that were much more gruesome and ugly than they were. What caused them to go out of their way knowing that they would rather die or.... face something much worse. He'd have to go out tonight and check the surrounding area.

"I was thinking the exact same thing. I may be a trained killer, but I at least like to look decent outside of work. Besides red doesn't look good on me." He smirked and jestered to his clothes. From there he saw the pod coming down from over the wall that carried the clean up crew. He counted fifteen men on the Pod. With that many men, they should have this placed cleaned up in no time at all. He gave a little bow towards her, and said, "After you, Mi Lady."

They walked together over to the Pod, and got on. Once he sat down he clicked the communicator and said, "This is Agent Reaver, can you dispatch a security detail to protect the diployed clean up crew. I don't know why but I have a bad feeling about it. Reaver Out." He turns his attention to Aria. "Have you noticed anything out of the ordinary at the training center, where you've been helping?" It might of been just insticts, but something started to change in the atmosphere, and he didn't like it.

The woman strapped her bow to her back, careful not to inhibit her own movements or have the string snap off her back while she watched the cleaning crew file out of the lift. Each one lowered their gaze and bowed their heads when they passed her, afraid to anger the single most powerful human woman within the compound; rumor told that she had the director in her pocket, not to mention she was the only total human - female nonetheless - to be paired with a man from the Warrior Program. It had been a while since they had had to protect the wall, since they were often either stuck in boring meetings or traveling beyond the wall in recon missions as well as hunts for specific monsters; the occasional rescue mission made it's appearance. These Goblins though should never have been here again with them having been nearly decimated the last time that the compound had sent out a set of Warrior teams to settle to score from when the little creatures had made it over the wall. "It's just good they didn't have a Quickling, even a vampire can't keep up with one of those." She commented as she walked back up to her partner in time to see him pull out his radio and call up to the men on the top of the wall.

Aria hated carying a radio on her person and only did so when she absolutely had to - mainly when she was out on a mission with someone that wasn't Reaver. "It's not like I'll be wearing a dress for breakfast." The young woman could laugh and she did, even if it was short and quiet as she stepped onto the lift ahead of him and leaned against the rail, her torso lowered slightly while her bow lilted softly on her back. Her combat outfit clung to her body, hugging her curves with a softness and flexibility that came from only fabrics woven by races with the touch. It was something she'd had commissioned for her when she had started going over the Wall more than she had before, though the cloak she wore remained the same as before, the blood stains and torn edges telling tails of all she'd witnessed and caused.

The agent wasn't surprised he'd asked about the training center where she helped with the girls, training with them and showing vampires their weaknesses as much as she spent her time teaching about the world beyond the Wall. It was never how the cadets had expected it to be, the pictures she showed them major contrasts between the darkness of night, the carnage and the beauty of the world outside of this place they had been born into. Aria had been born beyond the Wall, a survivors daughter, though her mother had died trying to protect her shortly after her birth and the girl was rescued by a Warrior agent's team. "They aren't just vampires and humans anymore Rev. They're doing something else to the girls and I don't know what." Aria, in one of those few points in time, expressed genuine worry for the children at the center, orphans mostly and those who had been given up by parents who couldn't afford to keep them. The girls were horribly abused by their male counterparts when their wasn't a grown woman in the room.
