Closed now. Thanks for all the interest! :D
Hello there! It certainly has been a while since I have made one of these.
-whistles to self while looking around blank room soon to be filled with all of my ramblings-
If you're still reading this, it probably means the title struck your interest, as titles are supposed to do. But first, before I get to my craving, I'd like to get a little something out in the open.
I currently work at a Boy Scout Camp. I work from 7 to 7 and then some some days. However, I am also currently recovering from a sinus infection and bored out of my god forsaken mind with nothing much to do.
Also, in that same vein, I will be returning to RPing full-fledged in two weeks, counting this one. So, if you're willing to pause for a week or so, then keep on reading!
Next, a quick thing about me.
Age? 20 (I still feel and look 13, so don't mind that.)
Gender? Female (Do I think it matters? No, not really.)
Posting? Frequent given a freer schedule but slower due to school life. I also post in casual but I'd probably put it anywhere from mid to high casual. I try to write a bit more... in-depth than the average joe and I take constructive criticism in stride.
Genres? I enjoy most topics so I'll tell you some of the ones I don't like. Scifi, Historical, High Fantasy, Horror, etc. I tend to stray towards modern, romance, and supernatural-like fantasy.
Personality? ...I uhm... That's a toughy. I tend to contradict myself a lot since most of the time I'm too lazy to think it through completely or too prideful to admit I'm wrong. Though, most of the time, I will try my best to see things in the clearest light possible. I tend to say too much and can be very talkative. I enjoy that in an RP, if my partner doesn't talk to me, I never feel a connection to the RP. Ask how my day is going, I'll ask about yours. Something up? Tell me, I'll probably try to comfort you or something. I mean, small talk is better than no talk.
Hobbies? I play trumpet, card games (PTCG and MTG), videogames (Nintendo 100%, Zelda being the favorite), and I watch excessive amounts of Netflix. I just binge watched the newest season of Agents of Shield.... >.>;
NOW! If you have more questions feel free to ask, I'm not opposed to answering most things as long as they don't go too far... but I'll let you know if you're doing that, believe me. :)
If you are still reading this, again, that means you either skipped that big block of text up there to make sure you even liked the idea before you read through the boring shit about me, or you gelled with me and decided to check out what idea I had. Either way, here it is!
As far as sappy romances go, this one probably takes the cake. It has childhood friends, rivals, hospital visits, festivals, summer fireworks, the whole nine yards.
In [Insert random unimportant name], Japan, two souls find themselves wandering around aimlessly, aimlessly looking for one another without knowing it. To be fair, she had changed a lot and so had he. How was she supposed to recognize him when she saw him? Her hair was longer now, unkempt and everywhere. Her shoes were dirty from running the mud, a real child actually.
"Hey!" She shouted, glaring up at the sky.
...Sorry. But you are childish.
She glared a bit more before pouting and continuing to walk on. He had changed as well. He wasn't the kindhearted boy he used to be. He used fake smiles, fake laughter, and fake happiness to hide what he really felt. He couldn't bring himself to care for anything anymore. It would take her efforts to bring him back from the darkness he was falling into so quickly, it would be her light that would bring him back from the pit of his own despair. It would be her embrace that would save him.
But by the time he figures that out, she's already gone. Her father's transfer took her away from him and he was never able to clear things up with her. Now, he finds himself with an annoying girl by his side, sending Her all the wrong messages when she comes back to visit her old friends for the first time. Now, she finds herself at the side of a kind boy, a gentle love between them. What will happen? Will things ever resolve or will she settle for this gentle love?
"Like hell she will!" He shouted, angrily at that.
I blinked, staring down at him staring down at me. Uhh... You don't write your own story, bub.
"Watch me." He returned, glaring.
Jeez... The both of you are so stubborn.
:D
PM me or post here if you're interested. I just want something cute and dramatic for a bit. :)
OH! Let me make up a quick CS to show you sort of what I'm seeing in my head...
The RP would start just as she realizes who he is and that he's been in her school for the first half of the semester. Then, we will RP out their reunion, etc etc, and then when she has to move just like he did when they were kids.
