That would be such a silly thing to do when she can identify the other Death Note users at a glance. =p Anyway, don't assume there's any evidence of her writing in the notebook - she could destroy the pages.

I dont need to use a person as a tool to find Azrael. Plus Near can consider Pandora dead, she has gotten herself into a sticky situation and Azrael is pretty close too.

Welll, I don't see how any of us are close to dying at all. I mean, L suspected Light by episode 6 or 7, but they ended up playing another 18 or so episodes after that. Anyway, it's not like you would just kill us. L's just a detective. He doesn't choose punishments. =p It would be *really* boring if we were all caught in like 3 pages of RP. =p
