You could always flips around through shit. The two RPs Chapa and I named are open. Though those are more politically focused, but I don't believe in closed doors anyways.

If it's any consolation you don't necessarily *have* to be a nation. At least in Precipice. I do offer the option to be a single-character. However the problem that arises with that is you're at the mercy of the pace set by the nation players. Arguably too you may be more limited as an individual, you probably won't be finding any long-term stories or topics to write about as a high-school student in PoW than you would as a African or Spanish soldier; and in the later you'd need to be a close cooperation with Vilage or Gorgern respectively.

Beyond that a way to imagine NRP is simply this: a character RP with many characters in your control.

Only if you're a nation. Presumably you could get away with ignorance as someone with lesser education.

Even so, we're more than willing to help you out if you did come over. We're a helpful group and we can set you on your feet if needed.
