So I got to thinking...

What if for the Quell at the cornucopia each tribute has the option of taking a canteen of water or a weapon of their choice, without having to fight for it? It could be the Capital's way of trying to make sure there is a blood bath instantly since you know the Career pack (minus Asteria) and the vicious victors would enjoy having a slaughter house right at their fingertips.

I usually listen to music which sometimes helps whenever i'm writing but that's just me. I hate writers block lol.
