Just a note to everyone, since we're sorta letting everyone run wild for a short bit; The exit from the silo to the field above it is behind a four inch thick hatch with the only way to open it being in the control room which has been welded shut and barricaded from the inside.
You will get to leave the base soon, but not juuuust yet. Unless you want to royally piss off Epsilon and cause tremendous damage to the base.
