Name: Heat Street

Size: Two standard city blocks long and one city block wide.

Properties:
- Populated by roughly six to seven hundred random civilians. All are completely mortal and bound to the arena as is. Each and every civilian can be killed, but upon the reset of the arena, all killed or injured civilians will automatically respawn, devoid of injury.
- Cars and other assorted vehicles are parked along the sidewalk, and several can be found with civilians within them, driving around the arena. Like the civilians, these vehicles can be appropriated by fighters, damaged or destroyed, and upon the arena resetting itself, all used vehicles will return to their original positions.
- An impenetrable forcefield surrounds the whole rectangular arena; this includes any surfaces eg. walls, windows, doors, or structures within this forcefield.

Player Capacity: From a 1 vs 1, to a small free-for-all.

Description:

Flavour Text:
"Alright ramblers let's get rambling."

After he was talking, talking gives me plenty of time to shoot you before you ever start firing.

im sorry, but being able to take 7 7.62mm nato rounds to the chest without flinching is not in your CS.

I quote:
When not in this form, he is mostly human.

Human beings cannot have holes shot through them and simply stand there and continue as normal.

Whoops I forgot to add that he used fire form. My bad.

I'll just go edit accordingly. One moment.

Man fighters these days have no sense of making a fight fun.

Well there's making a fight fun, and then there's throwing any sense of proper etiquette completely out the door and doing whatever the hell you want. Unfortunately, you're edging closer to the latter. :P

I write Bloodshot (the guy that trained Marcus in his backstory), and Drall asked me to drop in and try to help work out some issues in your last post. He'd do it himself, but he's been known to be a bit of a hothead from time to time and he doesn't want to end up just making things worse (he's working on it, though).

Issues of most importance:

-Lack of damage from the grenades.
I realize that in your CS it says Luis has enhanced endurance, and that Ira further improves on that, but endurance is not synonymous with durability (though I can certainly understand if what you actually meant is durability). Regardless, you also describe it (and your other enhancements) with an exceedingly vague "nearly superhero level", which leaves Luis in one of many different power brackets, depending on which superhero you care to hold him up against. If it's someone like Batman or Daredevil, whose physical capabilities are still fundamentally human, then he's roughly on-par with Marcus in that regard, though his other abilities give him an advantage. If this is the case, the grenades should have done far more damage than they did, since you specifically had Luis reform when he landed. If you instead use a hero like spider-man or Luke Cage (which seems to be the case), then he's multiple tiers above Marcus in every single category and the fight basically just becomes you ignoring everything in Drall's arsenal because Drall thought he was coming to a fight with a character comparable to his own, while you actually showed up with someone who could take on the likes of Wolverine, Deathstroke, and Spider-man. The ambiguity of your CS does no one any favors here.

-Seemingly much greater supply of ammunition than your CS says you have.
The second big issue I see in your post is the claim that Luis will have decimated the office space before he ever needs to reload, but the weapon you specify in your CS can hold a maximum of eight rounds (though you would only have had seven since there wasn't a round pre-chambered), and unless he's firing anti-matter slugs that isn't enough to do what you claim. In general, going slightly beyond what is written in your CS is perfectly acceptable if what you're doing can be reasonably assumed to work within your defined powers/abilities/equipment (or only slightly beyond it), but there isn't much margin for that when you specify a real life weapon and don't state anywhere in the CS that it has the modification you're trying to use in the post.

Things of lesser but still relevant importance:

-According to your CS, Ira doesn't have any perception enhancing abilities.
This is much less of an issue, but you specifically said it was Ira's instincts that were leading Luis to Marcus' hiding place, but your CS gives him no such capability. Less of an issue because the sword has enhanced perception abilities, but still inconsistent with your own character sheet.

So from where I'm standing, most of this is an issue of consistency between what your CS says and what you're putting in your posts, and Drall is none too happy about prepping to fight Pyro (who is more closely aligned with the lower end of your CS) and instead getting the Human Torch (who's more or less immune to bullets and the like).

Actually the human torch was never immune to bullets but whatever

Weapons wise, daemon weapons. It's hard to justify them having infinite ammo because they aren't like realistic weapons now that they're possessed by daemons, that's just how I wrote them so inconsistencies are my bad. The shotgun feasibly takes reloading, though I have specified that his machine gun has none of that and actually shoots fire instead of bullets.

First one yes makes sense. I can just edit in that he got blown onto his ass instead of tanking it.

I intentionally wrote it ambiguous to make it so that I can regulate what power tier he or any other of my Reapers can fit in (except highest tier which is impossible).

I'm just testing out this character in relation to all the others because I need to get a feel for writing as him. Is why it's unranked.

Thanks though. I'll just go edit in kind.
