Below are four plots with the common theme of { f a n t a s y } running through them. Some are pure fantasy while others dabble in the use of modern settings to mix with others. With all of these plots, I do expect advanced posting which to me entails: three to five paragraphs per role, a post every two to three days, communication of expectations and obligations in the OOC, as well as creativity and enjoyment. I have a life, I know people work and have classes to attend but that doesn't mean starting something you can't see through to the end. If adjustments need to be made, that's fine but since my time is limited, I want to ensure my partner is someone who is committed and fun to work with so this doesn't feel like a chore.
If you are interested, please post here. PMs are easy to forget. If we talk enough here and our interests and idea line up, we can then move to another thread. If you do PM me to plot, understand I may just read it but put off replying so if you feel I've forgotten about you, just let me know but as I've warned, PMs and me aren't best buddies.

The first plot deals with a pure fantasy concept and requires us to both double as a male and female.
I have the formal interest check here but if you are intersted, that you post in this thread and not the linked one.
A brief summary would be that four people have been born with a gift as well as curse and in order to keep history moving in the proper direction, they need to embody not just their selves during the daylight, but also themselves in the moonlight, as each shift in time and atmosphere, changes their personalities.

This is a pure fantasy story where we will be doubling as well, however, more side characters will be needed as well. As a note, if this turns into a modern meets fantasy setting, I am alright with that but we'll need to work on how the two roles can switch places.
The general gist is that this is a fantasy "Freaky Friday" situation. We have two characters who are identical in appearance but living on opposite ends of the world (or even different worlds like fantasy/modern day Earth) who pine for another life. One is wealthy but very bored, and the other lives a more rocky life but is filled with adventure and yet they pine for stability and comfort. These two people end up getting the mirror from an elderly family member who says it shows the viewer their inner self. The mirror ends up showing each person, the other one across the world. At first it seems like a trick but soon both people discover it's a means to communicate and decide to switch lives in order to see how the other truly lives.
Consider this a little comedic with hints of action and danger. I had an idea that the two people who gave the mirrors away, knew each other many moons ago. I'm also thinking the two who switch lives would end up hitting off well with their original twin's friends and family. I don't know if I've explained it well but I hope so.

This plot has a mixture of fantasy and modern settings.
In the fantasy world, a ring is found and when put on, a pillar on a high mountain begins to emit a strong strobe of energy. The world is suddenly thrown into chaos as natural disasters begin to happen everywhere. The person with the ring then is paid a visit by an old monk who declares that another ring user must be located in order to return order to their world. Meanwhile in our modern world, someone else with the same ring suddenly gets sucked away into the fantasy realm where they're suddenly tasked with aiding the fantasy world in stabilizing it. Little do they know that their own modern world is now being uprooted. A new way of trying to find balance is needed as both ring users must travel both worlds to find help, as well as answers.
We will need to have one main role and side roles I think.

This last one is once again, a mix of both worlds, ours and a fantasy one.
We will also need to double.
It's raining in our world, the sky is grey and shows no sign of sharing sunlight. Someone's car breaks down, forcing them to walk along the road for miles until they come across a small stone house. They let themselves in and find that someone else is there with their own bike banged up. The only thing in the abandoned hut is a book and before they elect to find the nearest town together, they pick up the book to see what's inside. As they read a specific passage, the rain suddenly pushes through the crumbling roof and fills the room they're in. When they're almost without any air to breath, they're flushed down into a mysterious hole and find themselves in a fantasy world.
Meanwhile, two other people in the fantasy world find themselves stranded in a dry forest with a large windy dirt/stand storm forcing them to seek refuge in a small cabin. They too, find a book and once they read it, a flurry of wind sucks them into the ground and they're transported to a modern world. Now both sets of people have to figure out where they are, as well as why. This is something like a sandbox quest idea, not much is set in stone but I would see this being more focused on the relationship and bond which develops between the pairs, than the plot itself.
