Rin huffed. "Well maybe it's just that not every girl wants to be hit on by you! " she exclaimed. Sitting up she looked around and realizedhow blurry the room was. I think I've had to much to drink she thought to herself.
"wha? I'm not hitting on you" he scowled, looking insulted. "besides, girls love getting hit on by me. It's the bomb.". Marcus added with drunken confidence.
"you shouldn't hit girls! " she joked and laughed. The loud music was beginning to get to her and the party was only getting worse. " Let's get outta her. " she suggested.
"Now who's hitting on who" Snorted Marcus, crumpling up his empty cup and tossing it out of reach. "Where do ya wann go? Hmmm?" He poked her in the side with a finger a few times, looking up at her expectantly.
"So not here it is!" Marcus said decisively, slapping a hand on his thigh before unsteadily pushing himself to his feet. Once balanced, he grabbed Rin's arm and pulled her up after him. "Kay, to not here we go."
Just as they were getting up to leave the music turned off and someone announced the party was moving to the beach. "I could go for a swim... " she said with a shrug.
Marcus sniffed, looking over at the water suspiciously. "Maybe..." He couldn't swim to save his life, and wasn't to excited to have people find out about that. But the water did look nice especially after the mugginess of the apartment.
As people started moving out of the apartment Rin grabbed Marcus arm and pulled. "Come on! It will be fun! " she insisted. A playful smile covered her face.
Marcus made a whining noise of protest but allowed himself to be dragged towards the water with an indignant expression. "Yeah not everyone is freakin amphibious." He mumbled.
Rin followed the group out of the apartment and onto the near by beach. "Swimming is easy! " she claimed. Once on the sand many from the party started removing their clothes and plunging into the water. Smiling, Rin joined in. First removing her white tank top.
"Yeah, said the fish." Snorted Marcus although he had already kicked off his shoes and was pulling his shirt off over his head. "Blaming you if I drown."
Suddenly she felt awkward as she removed the last pieces of clothes, now being completely revealed. To remedy the feeling she rushed off into the surf. "the water is great! " she called out to him.
Marcus was slowly making his way down the beach, still partially clothed and looking reluctant. But eventually he jumpedin and ducked his head under the water in an attempt to clear it. When he came back up for air he had in hand his last piece of clothing which he threw behind him back onto the beach. There was a smacking noise and a shout of annoyance, causing him to laugh and look around to see who he had hit.
Rin saw Marcus accidentally bump into the pilot they had been joking about earlier. Quickly she raised a hand to her mouth in an attempt to suppress her laughter. The warm night air was made more tolerable by the somewhat cool water. Thankfully though it wasn't cold.
"Watch it ass," Came a grumble of annoyance. Marcus ignored him though, still snickering to himself as he sunk down a bit further in the water until it lapped at his collar bone. "He deserved it." He said with a grin.
Rin swam out a bit further than anyone else had dared to go. Freely she dove down into the water and then returned to the surface. After a few minutes of repeating the action she swam back to Marcus. "I got this for you. " she said handing him a sand dollar the size of his hand. A friendly smile rested on her face, only visible by the light of the double full moon.
"Aw...no one's ever given me a sand dollar before!" Marcus said, turning the sand dollar over in his hands. After looking it over he gave her a one armed hug. "You are my best friend" He mumbled drunkly into her damp hair.
Awkwardly she attempted to tuck her breast in by crossing her arms. Despite being the least involved hug it was still embarrassing since they were both naked. Her discomfort was eased, however, when she saw several members of the group making out. "Your drunk! " she laughed.
