Terra was aware of someone watching the house as well, although she couldn't pin point who or where from. So, appearing cool and collected, she easily rose to her feet and disappeared inside the Den.

Victor watched patiently, the only thing betraying the tension in his body being the insistent tapping of his right index finger against his side. There was no way the Bidder would have just randomly sent someone to rob him, not for something so specific. She knew something.

Meanwhile, Roman grimaced and folded her arms. "I hate the cold." She noted. She looked over at him. "Hey, weren't you wearing a jacket before?"

"I was. It is now property of the army I guess." He sighed.

Finally Victor moved, deciding patience was overrated. He slid to his feet smoothly and walked across the street straight into the den. Terra stepped up to stop him but he shouldered past her.
"Let him in Terra Dearest." Hummed the Bidder from behind her desk. "I'd rather not have you two making a mess in here, it was just cleaned after all..."

She smirked. "Heh, sucks for you." She teased. For she was wearing a jacket.

"YEs. Yes it does suck." Was all he said.

"Caroline. You've been busy I see." Victor said coldly, walking right up to The Bidder's desk as he spoke. By the time he reached her she had risen up to her feet, hands on the desk as she leaned against it.
"I take it things went well for my people, if you're here that can be the only reason. After all you did end things between us, I don't think you'd be one to restart them. To prideful."
"To sensible. Give me back my message pad." Victor said coldly, flanked by two of the Bidder's guards while Terra remained in the entrance watching.

Too intrigued by what was going on, Grim decided he'd have a look for himself. So with that, he dove off the roof and landed in a roll, before getting up and heading on inside. He figured he'd better report his success anyway.

Terra looked around at Grim's approach, before turning her attention back to the scene playing out.

"It seems you are here early, as always." Smirked The Bidder. "I don't have it. not yet. And of course I'll give it back, for a price."
"You and your prices." Scowled Victor, voice thick with disdain and growing anger. "How did you even come up with the wonderful idea to steal it in the first place?"
"You should know by now there is very little I do not find interesting. And your actions have always been." The Bidder said patiently, sinking back down into her chair now and crossing her legs. "Really Vicky, spying on Squadrons in the Territories? Speaking Treason with other Marshalls? I have to say im surprised at you, who acted all High and Mighty not so long ago. Whispering behind locked doors now are we?"
Victor placed his hands flat on the table, leaning across it and glaring at her as he spoke.
"Hand it over Caroline, or I'll see this place leveled and you're whole operation turned over to the Mps."

"She doesn't have it," Grim said, "I haven't seen anyone else arrive since everyone left, and I've been here all day." He shrugged.

"Was I talking to you? I don't think so so shut up!" Bristled Victor, not turning away from the Bidder as he snapped at Grim. Terra tilted her head to the side as if asking for permission from the Bidder but received none. Instead the blond rested her elbows on the desk and hooked a finger in Victor's collar.
"He's right, I don't have it. Yet. But wait around or come back alter and I'd be more then happy to sell it to you at a special price. Just for you."
Victor smacked her hand aside, but Caroline continued. "Go ahead Victor call in a raid. Have fun explaining the purpose of it and the contents on that pad. you'd be bringing about your own end as quickly as you would ours. And we all know the punishment for Marshalls who conspire to commit treason."

Grim raised an eyebrow. He mentally added Victor's name to the list of people he'd like to dispose of.

"As soon as you have it, I'll be back. Don't you even think of selling it off." He hissed, gold eyes blazing before he turned sharply on his heel and left the room as swiftly as he had come in.
the Bidder smirked, clearly satisfied with how that interaction had gone before leaning back in her seat. "Terra, keep an eye on him. We may need to cross off his name sooner then expected." She said in a business like tone. "And you, back early are we?"

"Am I too early? I can always come back later, I suppose, but I saw no reason to, since I completed the task I got." Grim shrugged. "Most thrilling, I might add. It was great sport."

"And where is your proof?" She asked, clearing her throat and folding her hands in her lap.

"Ah yes! That little item you had me pry away from the person I framed. Here it is." He replied, placing a silver ring in her hand.

"Excellent," She said, letting the ring clattered down on the desk top. "Congratulations. You've made it to the second stage Grim."

"Ma'am." Grim greeted in reply with a small inclination of his head.

"We will wait to hear from the others, lets say three hours, before we proceed. DO what you will in that time just don't get arrested.' She said in dismissal.

"Naturally," He smirked, then walked off, but not before casting a sly smirk at knife-girl.

Terra sighed in exasperation at his look, before leaving as well to keep an eye on the Marshall who had simply taken a seat in the building across the street once more.

Keenan finally made it back with Jenga when it was dark, and by the time they did, she was cold, hungry, tired, and all she wanted to do was to just collapse on the ground and fall asleep right where she stood. But instead, she burst into the Bidder's office with a look of flat annoyance. "We have it." she declared with a mix of exasperation and triumph.
