I'm Lily, your friendly everyday neighborhood mute. I'm sorry if I'm too formal or my English is atrocious, which I'm hoping it isn't, my first language was ASL (American Sign Language). I am a Warriors, Pokemon, so many anime it's silly, fantasy, lots of video games, fangirl. Silly, right? I'm generally pretty introverted, so I got into reading a lot at a young age and occupied myself with lots of written English practice, so if you count that up, I grew up bilingual! I am a proud ex-member of a site called Vitality which shut down a little while ago, and all us fragments of members are banding together in our little love circle of friendship. I am also a member-ish of AWRP, although I'm boycotting it, and a moderator of Fading Sunsets. Please ask about Fading Sunsets if you like (it's a Warriors thing!). Since you're versed in ASL, I wanted to get your opinion on how to describe the hand/body movements of the language. There are plenty of books out there, yes, but I'm interested in reading it from someone who practices it out of necessity. This isn't meant to be rude--I am genuinely curious and interested.
