@RainbowFactoryjack swerved his head around and saw Diana run after him, he yelled back and said

"LEAVE ME ALONE!"

He tripped and fell down a few seconds after.

The siblings managed to catch up to him, with Dianna pulling him back to his feet. "Damn. Relax already," she said in a calm tone. "We're barely scared by what happened with you at the arena. You might as well just stop running, and get your shit together," Dianna added.

@RainbowFactoryher words didn't help, jacks voice was shaken as he tried to pull away

"Leave me be! If you are near me when that 'thing' is all the way out, I won't be able to stop myself!"jacks eyes nearly bursted into tears as he almost broke down into an emotional mess.

Dianna chuckled at him then calmly asked Jack, "Well, I did manage to calm you down from that, didn't I?" She got onto her knees then hugged Jack whispering into his ear, "If you calm down you'll be fine. Don't talk, just take deep breaths through your nose and out your mouth. I always do that when I'm freaking out." Her voice was comforting for a change, but it won't last long once Jack calms down.

@RainbowFactoryjack was startled by Diana's hug, he wanted to say something but instead threw his arms around her like a scared child

Dianna made a faint smile then hugged Jack closer, glad that he accepts the hug. "You wanna go to our tree house for a while? From how long you've run it's not far from here," she asked with her stomach silently growling.

(Sense when did people call bedrooms trees?)

@RainbowFactoryjack was slightly calmed down as he nodded, he than slowly tried to stand up.

Dianna's arms stayed around Jack as she spread her wings. She looked around noticing that her siblings were already gone, so she carried Jack and quickly flew to four trees that were in a square formation. Dianna landed on something invisible letting Jack go, with something shimmering into view. A tree house door was next to them, and they were standing on the platform that was outside. Dianna pulled Jack into the tree house finding Annabeth, Drake, and Max already in there.
When they look from the door there were couches in the far left corner of the room, with Max and Drake already laid on top of them sleeping. In front of the couches was a wide chest that was flat on the top, with a beer bottle and water bottle on top that were both already halfway finished. At the far right corner were two queen sized beds next to each other, with Annabeth sitting cross legged on one of them. Next to the two beds was a closet with the doors partly ajar showing clothes, and a large variety of weapons inside.

@RainbowFactoryjack opened his eyes to see where they were, he stood up and was amazed

"Holy heck!"

Annabeth chuckled at him then said, "Well, welcome to our portable home. Want something to eat or drink?" Dianna walked over to the chest and grabbed the beer bottle chugging some of it down.
"This thing," she said lightly kicking the chest hoping she doesn't knock over the water bottle that was still on there, "holds a bunch of food and drinks we save up for if we need anything." Dianna looked at the beer bottle waving it around in circles with loud splashing sounds being heard from inside.

@RainbowFactoryjacks mouth was tempted(lolwut?)by the sound of something to drink"sure"he walked over and pulled out a bottle of tea and drunk half of it in 5 seconds.

Dianna laughed closing the chest, then put the beer and water bottle back on top of it. "So Jack, what happened at the arena anyway?" Annabeth asked while she stared at her nails.
"Well, I'm guessing this thing," Dianna said playfully poking Jack's cheek, "is part shadow monster."

@RainbowFactoryjack stepped aside as she poked him and told them both

"It is, but it's also a part of me"he said coldly

"Well, Dianna basically is a shadow monster because of the death dragon side of her. You should at least try explaining," Annabeth told Jack looking up from her nails for a few moments.

@RainbowFactoryjacks expression grew grim as he began to explain

"That'thing' is part of me in every way, if so much as a small sliver of it is out, then it takes over and I go mad, I didn't want you all to be around me when that happened"

Jacks face only darkened with remorse

Annabeth yawned and laid down on the bed saying, "Well, out of all of us Dianna knows how to easily calm you down no matter how insane you are. She has almost the exact powers as you, so she has a very big advantage. You should be glad she was there to calm you down, or at least be part of the death dragon community." She then muttered, "Dianna, you shouldn't complain about being a death dragon because if you didn't meet Damien most of the dragons would be dead." Annabeth slowly drifted off to sleep leaving Jack and Dianna the only ones up.

Jack then said"I nor she doesn't realize how insane I can truly get"he said as memories came flooding back to him.

Dianna patted Jack's shoulder then said, "You don't know how insane I can get, either." She then went back out to the tree house platform, and sat down with her legs hanging over the edge. "So, how exactly did you get that shadow monster to be part of you?" Dianna asked swinging her legs back and forth.

"I was born with it, but I don't know why"

"Well, maybe you're like me. I had a specific reason to join the death dragons. I still remember the exact words from Damien when I first talked to him: You might be useful. He was talking about if I had the powers, I might save the dragons or even the world at some point. I did actually manage to do that a few years ago in a battle we had before," Dianna explained staring off into the distance where Cloud City was at.
