"Shouldn't we buy our gear then we can eat?" Zack chuckled. "I mean I could definitely eat but if we're already here why don't we get this done first?" He looked at the group wondering if they agreed or if they were too hungry to care about the gear. Zack just couldn't wait for the trip to start, the sooner the better in his mind. As he waited for the group's decision he felt a cold chill run down his spine. What if he started snoring? He was told that every so often he was known to snore, and that would probably horrify his new friends. He wondered if he should warn them, but decided he would just risk it. While worrying about his snoring predicament, Zack realized he was hungry too. Hopefully they can wrap the shopping and get that food that he originally didn't care about having.

Rurik was swept along with the others, though he had eaten recently and wasn't particularly hungry. He looked at the others, his hands shoved in his pockets, and wondered how they'd all do out at the camping area. After all, other than Zack none of them seemed to be particularly well-suited to being outdoors. Then again, it was entirely possible he was judging them based on nothing, and really he was. However, his judgments weren't wrong all too often, so he had faith in his own judgment for now. He piped up "I ate before I came here, so we can do whatever the rest of you feel like. However, I do think we should buy the gear first."

Harper laughed ar the sudden declaration of eating being next on their list, rolling her eyes. They really seemed like good people...and if they weren't, she'd find out quickly. Camping trips are about late night talks around the fire, personalities coming out for all to see, and working together to have a great time. At least that's what the movies portrayed. If any of them weren't great to be around, they wouldn't be able to hide it.

That kind of worried her. What if they found out she wasn't exactly like the person she'd been acting like all last year? Or maybe that was the new her... Harper sighed. Things had gotten complicated when it didn't have to be...so why did she make it that way?

"Let me pay for this stuff. Please? My uncle gave me plenty of cash and I can get the big stuff that we'll share, like the tent. In fact if you're that hungry you can go on, I'll take care of all this," she laughed, stepping away and putting a hand on the trolley. "Somebody can pay me back later by helping me carry this stuff out there. I'm not exactly built," she grinned, making a fist and showing what little muscle she'd gained theough dance. She was fit, definitely, but wasn't going to be winning any weight lifting contests anytime soon.

Having listened to Harper offer to pay for everything, and then Lyn's counteroffer, "Yea, there's no way we're letting you pay for everything, Harper." He reached in his pocket for his wallet. "We'll split the tent, the MRE's that we'll use for our main meals are on the house. My dad's been looking for a way to get rid of them for months. But we still need our S'mores!" He said looking at Harper and laughing a little. "I gotta say, I'm pretty pumped about this trip guys!"
