Ah, not too bad. A little stressed since I have SATs next weekend and I feel like I'm not doing enough to prepare. Aside from that, my shoulder hurts and I've just been hanging out on Skype playing garbage games like Habbo Hotel. I'm also currently thinking of GMing a Roleplay, just don't know which one I want to do yet. Not very exciting.

You know, I haven't taken any SATs, but I've already taken my ACT. ACT was sorta easy. Except for the science part. They kept talking about a buncha stuff I have never heard of >.> I did pretty well tho.

If I'm playing a game on a computer that doesn't handle very many games (or has them blocked), I typically go to Kongregate or Armorgames. Beeccccaause whainot. SAS 4: Zombie Assault is a fairly good game, imo.

I don't know what I want to go for, but because of my grades and interest in history, I was nominated to partake in some youth league for those interested in diplomacy and National Security. It's a seminar in Washington D.C and I might go.

And I'd like to think that we're the most interesting pair in the multiverse, personally.

Yeah, I got that too. I did some background research, and I'm not gonna go, because of several reasons.

A) It's upwards of $2,000, since the entire thing is $1,895, which includes everything BUT travel to DC.
B) Envision, and the NYLF/Envision is a for-profit organization- they send a whole bunch of people the email, not necessarily because you were legitimately nominated. Having it on your resume doesn't really boost you up much, since the main requirement is having the tuition paid.
C) Not much of a good rep. Did some background research, and people have sorta complained about it not being all that focused or beneficial. They'd say that their kid met interesting people and all that, but they didn't do much engineering-related stuff in the Engineering program, and did more sight-seeing than anything. It's a for-profit, basically.

I dunno. I mean, not to make the decision for you, and it looks really nice, but it may not be all that it's cracked up to be.

Bah, I knew it was a scam. I was waiting for this "care package" they were going to send to me and then look more into it. My aunt and I were pretty skeptical to tell you the truth, but it's a shame, because I'm actually fairly interested in it. And that sounds good. Team "Turning Cinders". I love it!
