This, I can do. Adrienne was just a fun character I had made as an NPC in another RP I'm in. Plus, I just wanted to do a giant snake girl.

I'd still like to do so, however I could scale back her size. She'd still be the biggest character there, but she certainly wouldn't be able to eat another person without a great deal of difficulty.

@Thundercrash, this can work, although I will need specifics as to her scale. Otherwise it becomes a matter of practicality and that a fair amount of people might be less than sympathetic, if not out right hostile. Given so far there's no real establishment forward that abnormal things are afoot, it is safe to assume that the majority of humanity, if not all of it barring some exceptions, are not aware.

I say this because that is the most reasonable explanation we have for everything else present.

The idea I have is that she's around three times the size of the average human. However, scale conversions are weird, so it will take me a little while to figure out her actual dimensions. As I recently found out, it isn't as big a difference as you would think it is.

If you can conjure a reasonable enough explanation and accept the implications of it, I will review it, @Thundercrash.

@The Harbinger of Ferocity Out of curiosity, when you say a reasonable explanation, do you mean for "why she exists", or "why she is that size"?

More her size and ability mostly. The notion of a curse placed upon her by a spell is no more strange than our medium character, so it all sort of fits into the occult and how I imagine this island can work with it as well.

I had assumed so based upon the delay, @Billsomething, but thank you anyway. For this still involved, tomorrow I will post to just before the introduction of Adrienne as a retcon.

If we do not continue from there, for those remaining and reading, the roleplay will be discontinued.

@The Harbinger of Ferocity Okay, so here's what I figure.

I've downsized Adrienne a lot. Currently she's about 20 feet from head to waist (ie. the "human" part of her), with another 35 in her tail. That brings her up to a total of 55 feet in length. By comparison, the current recordholder for the longest snake in the world is a reticulated python named Medusa, who's just over 25 feet in length from nose to tail.

As for her abilities, she's pretty average for her species. She's big, and most of her body is muscle, so she's very strong and can move pretty fast when she wants to. She's not venomous, so she kills things by constriction. I figure she's still big enough to swallow a whole person, but doing so will make her very slow and lethargic until she finishes digesting it, which would take her at least a day, if not a day and half. And she has four arms.

If that is the path you wish to continue on @Thundercrash, then this is acceptable, as you know the danger and the consequence.

This said, you all can expect a post this evening.

@The Harbinger of Ferocity I'll go back and adjust my post, so that she doesn't eat someone right off the bat. At her current size, that will make things more complicated than I feel like dealing with at the moment.

A simple open of confirmation, but something to help establish that canonically no one to date has encountered or confronted anything so strange directly based upon the characters at hand.
