Tilting his head, Nasir raised a brow, "Oh...?" Pausing for a moment, he thought back to when they first arrived at the alley. Was that...? Shaking his head, he cleared his thoughts. "...h-how is that scary?"

Wiping his tears on his sleeve, he nodded, "...Apologies, yes... I..." Furrowing his brows, he averted his gaze. After a moment of silence, he spoke up once again, in an attempt to change the subject, "Where in here do you normally stay...?"

"Just... Downstairs and in the bedroom." Itzal explained. "There's not much here... And sometimes other Pokemon come in during the night for shelter. It... Rains a lot here."

With a smile, he nodded at the boy's words. "Ah, so I assume there's a bed, then? That's certainly better than sleeping on the ground." Looking around for a moment, the thought before continuing, "Well as long as the other Pokémon mean you no harm, it should not be a problem." Pausing, he raised a brow, "It... rains a lot here, though? Hmmm..."

Musty air filling his nostrils, he furrowed his brows in thought before speaking, "My suggestion is we stay here for the night, hopefully the ones after you give up. Then, perhaps, we could travel elsewhere. In the meantime, is there anything you enjoy doing to pass the time?"

"Sure." Itzal said, leading Nasir up to a small upstairs room, it was pretty cramped, but it felt cozy somehow. There were left over items from what Nasir guessed were from the previous inhabitants. Itzal went over and flopped down on the bed, it made a slight squeaking noise.

Looking around the room, a small smile spread across his lips. "This will certainly do. It... is a tad bit dusty, but I can take care of that."

Leaving the room for a few minutes, Nasir searched the house's storage areas for cleaning supplies. The only thing he was able to come up with was a hand sweeper with a dustpan. It would have to do.

Back in the room, he began to wipe off the dressers, and generally tidy the place up.

It took him a while, but he successfully cleaned the room. Itzal had been quiet for a while, but he assumed the boy just was not very talkative. Looking over finally, he saw that he was slowly drifting off to sleep. "Sleep well..."

Looking over his shoulder, he contemplated what he was going to do for the rest of the evening. The black-haired man thought to himself, I do believe there is a couch in the living room. However, if he wakes up before I do... Letting out a soft groan, there was not much he could do.

After taking a few minutes to dust off the living room armchair, he sat down on it, resting his head on the side. Perhaps I can just... stay awake...

Luckily for Nasir, Itzal was a heavily sleeper and wasn't awake until around noon the next day, even then he was still in bed. Feeling too lazy to even get out of the bed, it had been a while since he had slept in a real bed.
