With the boy's hand in his, Nasir started off towards the Route's gate. "I believe this is the right way..."

After a few minutes, the pair arrived at the gate, and Nasir quickly pulled them both through. "Will you be all right to continue?"

"...All right then." With a smile, Nasir looked around. It seemed like a fairly straight path with some grass and a few wild Pokémon. They seemed mostly tame, but it was always best to keep vigilant.

Continuing onward, he pulled out his map once again, staring down into it. "...I wonder how long it would take for us to travel this route..."

Pausing, Nasir hadn't considered it. With his head hanging, he let out a sigh. "That's... true. If they saw you, then they're aware that you're close by. Perhaps we should hurry. If they... do come. I'll protect you. You have my word."

Making his way through the route, Nasir kept an eye out for men in red-clothing. There were a few Trainers standing around, but for the most part the path was clear. "...So, Itzal. I suppose we haven't had much of a chance to speak. Once we managed to flee, what do you plan to do then? You mentioned becoming a Trainer, but what then?"

Wide, confused eyes overtook Nasir's expression. "O-Of course! Given you can speak with Pokémon, it shouldn't be too difficult to convince one to travel with you. Normally I'd suggest going to Lumiose, and asking one of your friends, but... obviously... that's out of the question at the very moment.
