The sun's rays filter though the the leafs of the forest canopy. Lea soaks up as much as she can. She wants to enjoy the warmth as long as she can. Once she has had enough, Lea goes out to collect some Oran berries for breakfast. After clearing a few bushes, she returns back to the cave that she and the other escapee,Flamuja, slept in for the night.

Flamuja got to his feet and smiled " welcome back Lea how was your time outside in the sunlight Lea did you enjoy it greatly. Anyways it looks like you gathered a great load of oran berries today Lea." he said to Lea then helped her with the oran berries and set them down on the ground of the cave then sat back down on the ground and waited for Lea to be seated for they can eat some oran berries for a meal as his tail swayed as he waited for her to start to eat.

Lea sits next to Flamuja and places the berries between them. She takes one and pops it in her mouth. After finishing the berry, she says "I did enjoy the sunlight and thank you for asking. I want to take every opportunity to feel the sunlight when I can because I do not when might be my last before..." Lea trails off and leaves the sentence hanging. She takes another berry and munches on it sombrely.

Flamuja started to eat the berries and tilted his head wondering what she meant by that, then continued to eat the berries than he spoke. " well you are quite welcome Lea, and what do mean Lea when your last is something going to happen to you Lea that will make it your last sun bathing time Lea? I wonder since you trailed off your sentence about the end of your time in the sunlight Lea." he said to her as his tail swayed as he continued to munch on a berry as he waited for her reply.

"Well, you know the place that we escaped. I do not want go back there in this lifetime." Lea says coldly after finishing her second berry. She hopes Flamuja can get the underlying message. "Let's not focus on that. Let us enjoy our breakfast on this nice day and maybe we could go by the lake later." Lea grabbed a third and fourth and poped them in her mouth.

Flamuja tilted his head once again then shrugged it off and continued to eat the berries, "well I don't want to be go back to that place either in my Lifetime and going to the lake is fine with me Lea, we should enjoy every minute and moment of our freedom from those prison cells at that place and we will always avoid being captured by those scientist again. So we will head to the lake after we finished eating our meal Lea." he said to her and continued to eat the berries until his half of their berry stash that lea just brought back with her.

Once done with her berries, Lea stands up and dusts herself off. "Let's get a move on While the day still young." lea say more cheerfully. Despite being a fire type, Lea love water, especially during the summer. she also like snow and ice as well.

Flamuja finished his berries and nodded as he stands up and dusted himself off then followed after her to the lake deep in the forest and watched her enjoy the water as he sat on the shore as lea enjoyed herself greatly. Flamuja switched to his Pokemon form and laid died as his fur sparkled in the daylight on his shiny Pokemon form and he stayed alert making sure there was no dangers around them as his ears were very alert and he opened his eyes whenever he heard a sound to make sure it wasn't any of those scientist people he treated him and Lea like their little guinea pigs and science toys not a living thing.

Lea splashes around in the refreshing waters of the lake. After a while, Lea see Flamuja laying on the shore in pokemon form and sleeping. Lea could see that his ears twitched every now and again, telling her that he is on alert for any dangers. Lea snickers and swims to the shor towards Flamuja as quietly as possible. Once close enough, Lea gives him a playful splash. "Come on in. I don't want to have all the fun."

Flamuja got to his paws and shook the water off then scratched behind his ear then stood up then nodded " if you say so Lea, lucky we aren't rapidashes so lets enjoy the cool water together then." he said to her and jumped into the water and splashed around in the water than splashed her with a big splash still in his Pokemon form as his tail swayed. He changed back to human and he took off his shirt and threw it onto the shore as he dove down into the cool water brushing over his bare torso as he swam.

Lea blush lightly when she sees Flamuja's bare body. Once she realizes that she has been staring, she shakes it off. "Now, the real fun can begin. I bet you can not hold your beath as long as I can." Lea says with a smirk on her face.

Flamuja laughed when he noticed her blush on her face, then just shrugged and nodded. " alright lets do that competition then Lea, I'm up for it Lea. Lets do that then and yeah me or you can't last really long underwater since we aren't water type Pokemon or a Magikarp either so I wonder how long the both of us can last under the cold lake water Lea." he said to her.

" well I do accept your terms and rules. You also have to play fair to Lea got that then lets start." Flamuja said to Lea as his tail swayed under the water as he waited for Lea to start when they were ready to compete in this Competition about how long one of them can hold their breath under the water.

Lea siles at Flamuja's tail. "Don't worry. I won't do something unfair. Now let's count. 1. 2. 3!" On three, Lea takes a deep breath and dives under the surface of the water.

Flamuja did the same and dove under the water holding his breath the best he could to make sure he would win the competition that Lea Challenged him to do with her in the water of the cold Lake water which barely bothered him a bit.

While under the water, Lea observes Flamuja's body. She snaps her out of it. 'What is wrong with me? I and Flamuja need to focus on survival.' Lea thought. After a few minutes, Lea could feel that her oxygen levels were getting low and shortly after that, she broke the surface.

Flamuja waited a bit longer then surfaced himself then climbed onto the shore and laid back on the ground wet as he watched the clouds go by above the trees and he laughed a bit in enjoyment of the excitement as he felt good as a small breeze blew over his bare skin of his torso and he was smiling happily as he felt really good after wetness of the water was all over his body. He dried off really fast because of his fire-type attribute then he sat up on the shore as his tail swayed with interest as he watched Lea enjoy herself in the water of the lake. " Well that was really fun I enjoyed that little Competition I wish I could have made a bet on that competition oh well " he said as he continued to Watch Lea in the water.

Shortly after Flamuja got out the lake, Lea played around a little bit longer then got out. "What would you bet? We do not own anything." Lea goes over to Flamuja and lies down next to him. Lea stares at Flamuja. She gives a big yawn. " I need a nap. Will you protect me when I am asleep?"

Flamuja nodded " I will make sure nothing happens to you Lea, so don't worry your pretty little head, I will make sure to protect you with all my heart no matter what comes and attacks us I will protect Lea." he said as he became alert to all the sounds around him and focused his mind protection mode and watched all their surroundings making sure nothing unnatural comes to their location as hi tail swayed.
