Thank you for joining Project: FREELANCER, Agent! You will now be directed to the training grounds, where the Director will be introducing himself to all of you. Additionally, the Director has scheduled a quick training and exercise program later today, followed by a competitive match in the training area. Our leader board will keep track of how well each of you perform, and who will be receiving an edge later on. Thank you for your time, and have a nice day!

Welcome to Project: FREELANCER, Agent! My name is Delta, and I’m here to tell you everything you’ll need to know about this roleplay! 
To put it simply, this is going to be an action-packed, AU Red VS Blue (RvB) roleplay revolving around the lives of the Freelancers: a group of experimental super soldiers tested with and without AI implantation. The roleplay will include the Freelancers of RvB, however they may or may not make it to the same positions they were at in the series, depending on the actions of your own Freelancers. Since this is an alternate universe, feel free to totally screw with the way things play out, though keep in mind the Freelancers of RvB that get the limelight will be pretty much the same. The events that transpire, however, may very well be different, and will inevitably lead to a whole new conclusion.

… Or not. In the end it all depends how you guys want to take it! This roleplay is going to be mostly character driven when aboard the “Mother of Invention” (Freelancer spaceship/HQ for those of you who don’t know), and story driven, more or less, when going out on missions. Keep in mind you’ll be aboard the ‘Invention’ a lot more than you’re going to be out and about, unless there are a series of missions that require completion, or you guys prefer ass-kicking on a planet. Still, I’m fairly certain the training room and virtual scenarios can keep you occupied! 
Psst! The training room can basically simulate anything! ;)

- Standard RP rules apply! You know, like don’t be a twat, and if you are then you will basically die, unless people disagree, in which case you’ll be revived with some injury.
- You can’t use the names of Freelancers who are alive (or dead) who have made an appearance on RvB. However, if you wish to discuss the use of certain callsigns which have been mentioned(“Hawaii” for example) then just shoot me a message and I’ll get right on it.
- I have a lot of room, though I might need help at some points. Volunteers to help are more than welcome! And yes, you can have a character AND be a co-GM :P
- Stats have LITTLE VALUE and are only there to give a general indication of a Freelancer Agent’s skillset, and to limit people from going outside of their statistical limitations.
- The AI section in the app will be left blank/non-applicable (N/A) until you guys start messing around with AI. Some will receive AI, some people will not. Feel free to reserve a spot.

- I might add to this list, so yeah, just in case I forget anything this is my scapegoat >:D
- I don’t know whether to make this more advanced-orientated or casual. I’ll probably make it a mix of both, leaning towards advanced.
