If you're doing that, bind it with pure flesh, not humans. Too evil. You don't want the content to escape before it's read or it just gets away. You have to chase it. Yeah. Too much work.

But they won't be able to wield it if it escapes. It'll be running around impotent. :/ All the power will disperse. SO WEAK when it gets caught. Nah, bind it in mouse-flesh. Mice are pure and sweet enough to hold all that power in until you want to use it.

Human skin looks better, I'll admit. But it's just too corrupt to work for this purpose. Pig skin is nearly indistinguishable without a microscope or some other method of testing, and not nearly as ineffective at holding in evil.

Nope. Use too much the things binding the book start complaining about how you're using more power than you asked for in the deal. Huge legal battle. They end up with half your money, the house, the kids, and a significant portion of your soul, and have a tendency to make your body start hating you. They make the kids hate you, too. All kinds of lying.
