"Then we'll go to the sea," said Aban. "We'll take a ship and see islands. Maybe... maybe we could settle on one?"

"Maybe I would love that cause there is no way I could live in a society that kills my own kind for no reason" she said in a sad tone of voice

Aban nodded. "A nice island, with nobody else," he whispered. "Just us."

She nodded. "Maybe a perfect place to raise children" she said blushing

"Children with your smile and eyes, and laugh, and... well, my last name."

She nodded. "Plus I dont have a last name" she said

Aban smiled and gave Ilana a kiss. "Not yet, anyway," he said. "I like the ring of Ilana Llewellyn. How about you?"

"Me too I love it" she smiled and kissed him back

"We should get going," said Aban. He leaned in before whispering, "How are your wings? Are they mending well?"

She nodded and smiled. "Yes they should be fine by tomorrow as long as I am careful" she said to him

Aban nodded. "We should get horses," he said.

She nodded and kissed his cheek before they left the room.

Aban returned the key and set out to find the local stables.

Ilana followed him closely

The stable was tended by a balding old man who seemed to squint at the world. "How can I help you?" he asked.
"Two horses, please," said Aban. "My wife and I need them for a trip to the coast."

Ilana came into view of the male and she smiled at him. "Please I always dreamed of seieng the ocean I am not from this part of the world" she said

Oh if only he'd known how true that was. The old man nodded and led the two to the horses.

She smiled looking at the horses hidng her fanication about them so she didnt blow their cover

Aban paid for the horses and equipment and helped Ilana up on to her horse.

She smiled at him and held to the reins
