Appearance:
Levi stands at about the average height for his age. He has a striking accent, but not many people know off since he tries to seldom speak. The most unique and odd feature of Levi is his striking amber-yellow eyes as if they could see right through your psyche. He also has raven-black hair that makes him somewhat stand out. If you remove his mask, there are many scars eskewn on his jawline. Despite this, his looks seem to attract alot of women, particularly because of his eye color, but also because of his 'good looks.'

He tends to wear dark clothing, with a bit of white underneath everything.
His most distinct feature that people would notice is his peculiar gas mask, which doesn't even follow the traditional gas mask as it's somewhat sliced in half and only covers the lower part of his face. This odd gas mask works just like a normal gas mask, filtering out gases and the like. Said mask has scratches all over, and is also a matches the black theme of his 'hero' outfit.

Personality
Levi, by definition, is damaged. He has a cynical outlook on life and always believe that someone- even heroes, have an agenda. In fact he thinks that heroes are as much of a plague as villains as they have some sort of hidden meaning to their 'good doings.' This mean he has disdain for most- if not all, heroes.

He prefers to work alone, and if needed will work with others to achieve a goal, albeit begrudgingly. His disdain for life also extends to himself, he loathes himself more than anything. He blames himself for everything wrong that goes wrong for if he's out doing something.

He values people who he himself deems as incorruptible, but this is seldom and far in between. Levi believes that there are a few actual 'good' people on this earth. Because of this trait of his, he hasn't delved into the realm of villains. He's not above helping people, and will try to help them silently if there are no heroes around to help them.

As for his battle sense, he is a gifted tactician and strategist, able to make a plan when fighting enemies and tries to identify their weaknesses. He never underestimates his enemy, as he is unconsciously humble and believes that even the most mundane and normal person can beat and surpass the strongest hero. Because of this he trains tenaciously and always believes that he will never outdo his inadequate skill.

When you become acquainted with him, it's difficult to crack his shell, but underneath he is somewhat nice, as taught by his sister, and always help others out. Another reason he hasn't become a psychopath, the light that was his sister.

Electricity Manipulation, also his lightning is a dark amber-yellow, like his eyes.

Fighting Style:
His fighting style mainly consists of speed and agility. He uses his electricity to augment his speed and to imbue his Kukris and anything else with electricity. He is methodical and technical rather than brute and raw strength.

Signature Moves:
Static aura:
Lightning cascades and crackles around Levi, giving him an intimidating air/aura. It can also be directed towards enemies or objects. Levi tends to unconsciously keep this 'move' on, especially when he's wearing the mask.

Imbue:
While not a move per se, he tends to imbue the weapon(s) he uses with electricity, that makes them solidify and harder to break, while also giving a numbing feeling of electricity jolting through you.

Lightning's indignation:
He pulses electricity through his right hands and slams the ground, breaking said ground and lightning travelling through the floors in a cone infront of Levi.

Thunder's gait:
Each of Levi's step is augmented with Lightning, allowing him to travel great distances easily. His speed is augmented as well, allowing him to fight toe-to-toe with the fastest combatants Megatropolis's finest speed-freaks.

History:
Levi was born to two non-descript parents, whom he never really had known as they died of unknown causes when Levi was only a few years of age. The only figure he knew of, and loved is his siter, Jaine Lynn. She was the one who practically raised Levi, because of this, he has had a never ending adoration for her. They lived a hard life but they never really detested his position, instead humbly accepting it. His sister took many jobs to try and make money so that they can get through the day, Levi soon took jobs when he was legally possible to.

Until that happened. At the ripe age of 12. The day was cloudy and cold, out of the norm as the day was warm and sunny. Levi was walking to his new found job- a simple dishwasher at some restaurant. As the air grew colder, the light turned to darkness. Levi had been knocked out and then dragged into a van by dark clothed individuals and drove away.

By the time Levi came to he was on a metal table. He had a gag on and he was tightly strapped against the cold, metallic table. He was in a dark room, the only lights coming from the two lamps above him. Doctors with masks and glasses that glistened against the light, preventing Levi from seeing their eyes, were all around him, silently whispering amongst themselves while writing things on their clipboards.

What looks to be the head scientist walked up to him, "Hello subject 627, you will be our human test subject for Project E.H.L.M." the doctor said, a frigid and aloof voice, "I see that look in your eyes, but you will thank us for gifting you the next evolution of mankind, infact you should be grateful."

After that, Levi became privy to days upon days of 'tests.' They ran lightning and electricity through his body each day, all the sessions taking many hours. His screams echoed throughout the dark room. It seemed like the room was sound proof- otherwise someone would have heard his agonized and bloodcurdling screams. The tests would stop a few times, and he was allowed to catch his breath for give minutes. After each day, he was escorted by stoic people in uniforms to his cell. They would throw food in there, which Levi would scramble to it.

After a few months, they would find little to no result in Levi's 'tests', he would have not been able to manipulate electricity as they expected. This had made the tests three times worst than before, and when even that didn't work, push came to shove. Soon after, he opened his eyes after hours of tests, and he found his sister standing infront of him, her eyes filled with fear and worry. Levi tried to scream but it was all for naught as it was muffled. They began torturing his sister infront of him, in an attempt to stimulate something within him. Through eye filled tears he tried to struggle free. The restraints were too tight, but he struggled anyway, the restraints now lightly tearing his skins.

His struggles were cut short, as his sister's body fell to the floor, blood budding all around her. Levi stood there shocked, and something in his eyes snapped. His eyes glowed yellow, and electricity began to dance around his body. The scientists were all overjoyed, but they did not expect his power to be that strong. The lightning had burnt the restraints off, and with tears dripping out of his eyes, lightning crackling strongly around him, he released an outburst of lightning that reached and touched all the surrounding people around him. Their bodies soon dropped, and their eyes into the back of their heads.

The head scientist cowered in a corner, Levi turned his head slightly towards him as he was turned around. His scowl deepening, as lightning silently sizzled around him. He started walking towards him, his eyes wreathing with anger and pure rage. He stepped infront of the cowering scientist, "We- We made you, the next iteration of humanity!" he said, shaking in genuine fear, "Don't- Don't kill me, I- I CREATED YOU, YOU MONSTER." Levi silently watched him tremble in fear, he raised his hands and made lightning run through it. He stabbed the scientist through his chest, instantly killing him.

He promptly went infront of his dead sisters body, not even being able to hear her final words. He dropped down and began softly sobbing on her body.
After many hours of sobbing, he began loathing himself- not being powerful enough and warranting his sister's death. He got up, and carried her body outside. After making a ways away, he made a grave for her. To which he visits alot.

Now his mission is to find who was in charge of this 'project' and get vengeance. Now he lives in District E of Megatropolis city, as he had found a lead.

Skills:
Likes reading and cooking in his spare time, as he has to feed himself.
He is also a master of gathering information and 'extracting' them out of key people, albeit, painfully.

Weaknesses:
Water can short circuit his powers, he is also not the 'tanky', meaning he can't handle hits as good as much as other strength based heroes can, but he can take a few.
Because most of his skills are oriented towards speed, he lacks in the other areas, but tries and makes up for it in training.

Personality::
Rei is the very definition of a recluse, lonesome, solo, and all the like. This is his preferred way of operating in missions, and even in his social life. Despite being a man of a few words, because of his social elusion and general avoidance of people leads his words to be laced with a cold undertone and sharpness. He is also extremely honest person, despite seldom speaking.

Rei's aptitude for fighting could be considered very high as he has a natural talent for doing so, utilizing his powers and finding the weaknesses of the individuals he is fighting. He is also quick and efficient as this is his primary mindset stemming from his past. Most of his jobs are done in the quickest, yet most efficient way as he can, even his 'battles' are similar. Also only fighting if he needs to, otherwise just leaving if he deems it unnecessary.

History::
Rei was a happy, carefree and curious young child, like every normal child. Though his parents were usually out on jobs as an adventurer, he would usually get taken care of a close friends of his parents, Mart Reiner. Mart was almost like a father to Rei, treating him to chocolate, teaching him his ideals with a stupid smile plastered across his face. Rei grew up to always look upto Mart who was actually just a normal civilian.

Years past and the incident, which shook Luna Crescente to its core. The attack of the Dark Guild. The attack devestated Luna Crescente, and unfortunately during it's even Mart Reiner had died. He was out collecting food and other things for dinner with Rei, who had asked to make a 'special' kind of dinner that day. This is the reason Mart died, as he was making rounds around the market he was attacked by the members of the dark guild, since he was an individual he couldn't properly defend himself. Of course during the time Rei got worried that he took so long, and ran out to find him, the warm, inviting air that was normal in Luna Crescente wasn't present that day, instead replace by the dark, uninviting cold. As he ran through the canals he finally found him, only to witness first hand his murder, and how Mart gestured for him to hide.

Gravity shift:
He displaces the gravity surrounding a particular thing either him, any item or even opponents. He can make them feel lighter or heavier depending on what he chooses. If he chooses to displace gravity around him, Rei can reach impressively notable speeds, almost blurring. He also uses this ability to make gravity heavier when he trains. This skill can also be used on his weapon(s) to make them heavier and therefore gain more force in his attack.

Blackhole's permittance:
He manipulates the gravitons in a particular area, causing it to collapse upon itself and form a small, miniature black hole. This blackhole can be used to block attacks, or even to topple enemies because of it's strong pull. He had only recently developed this ability so his applications of it are limited.

Zero Gravity:
He releases gravity around him to the point where there is nothing left. Anyone in this field is subject to Rei's powers, Rei in this field can amplify his speed to unimaginable lengths, and can make his opponents run as slow as a snail's pace. It looks like time is slowing around him, when it's really not.

Standing at about average height, he boasts a build befitting that of a speedy swordsman. His muscular tone leans towards use of agility, rather than strength. His dirt snowy hair is lazily slicked upwards, falling downwards in random, and erratic positions. His hands are calloused, the sign of a man whom takes his training seriously. He almost always drapes his black, graying cloak, around himself fastened by an unknown, shimmering crest.

【Personality】
For a sellsword, Niavak is a cordial individual, perhaps much too much for his own good. He treats anyone he speaks with respect, only taking that away if that person had proven they did not deserve it. He has a certain charisma to his speech, easily promoting acquaintances to a sort of odd friendship at times. Though he is friendly, he will not take real threats targeted towards him sitting down, and almost always readies to defend or fight for himself.

At rarer times, melancholy can be evidently present across his features. Always trying to remember his hazy, unknown past when he can, only to be met by the physical, and mental pain it wroughts whenever he does so. He always wonders what his purpose will be after managing to complete his swordsmanship, he has little idea of how he was in the past, so much so that he has trouble pacing himself on how he should act, feel, think. How he acts now may not be how he had acted in the past. Thoughts like these always leave him in a daze of confusion, and identity crisis. It is difficult to ascertain his past but he always tries to do so when he is able to, actively visiting sites of the scant memories he manages to recall.

If asked about beliefs, he tends to stay silent, allowing the other individual ramble, while providing little to no speech from his end. He doesn't mind people believing in the sea god Manannan, while he himself doesn't really have any faith in said god. Mostly stemming from his childhood; the moment where he had forgotten his past, being forced to rely on himself to put food on the table. As such he chooses to believe in himself to get things done rather than others, and certainly not gods.

【History】
Niavak suffers from retrograde amnesia, not remembering much of his past. The scant memories he can recall are hazy, and results in a throbbing headache when he tries to remember. Most of what he can remember was a man, who donned a similar cloak with the same crest as Niavak. Moments of almost spartan-like training comes and go. The final, strongest memory is him on a wooden ship, fighting against a raging storm; he remembers the familiar figure shouting at him, before endless black. Oddly enough, he remembers being disgraced for a 'sin', but he has trouble trying to place his memory. Whenever the opportunity presents itself, he travels to places he 'feels' he is familiar with, as an effort to try and remember his past.

Growing up after finding no one but his lonesome was difficult to say the least. The only thing being left to his name was a cloak, and a beautiful sword that shimmered a mesmerizing blue. Being of unknown origins, many villages, in best cases treated with him utter disregard or contempt leaving him to do his business, at worst cases he was chased out due to superstition. Though at the time he failed to remember anything about the past, his body remembered his training. This was made evident when an individual attacked him whilst on the road, screaming at Niavak to lay down his weapon, and he may leave with his life.

He was initially fearful until his body moved away from an obvious, too large swing. The bandit's eyebrows lifted, and he kept swinging madly only for Niavak to deftly weave out of the way right before the hits could land. He was blessed that day as the bandit proved he had little to no training with the way of the sword. Niavak's body slowly began to recall his training. Wielding the sword was like attaining a limb he once lost. At the end, having suffered minor cuts, and bruises, he stood victorious over the bandit. He was unconscious, his body sliced up. The man still breathed raggedly, for better or for worse. Niavak looted what little the man had on his person, including his crude, clearly neglected blade and went on his way.

In present day, he acts as a sellsword or mercenary, taking on different odd-jobs strewn about the great continent of Aridia. He could be an escort, guarding important figures as they traversed through the lands. He was once a trainer for a short amount of time, trying to teach his swordsmanship. In other times, he is chosen to slay monsters as a pseudo-replacement if Witchers were not currently present.

For unbeknownst reasons, something from within pulls at him to complete his unfinished swordsmanship. He has little idea why this was so. His main drive is travelling the land in search of great swordsmen and swordswomen. To study under their tutelage if possible, or duel them to ascertain their styles, and possibly implement them in his own. After a decade of wandering, trying to appease his insatiable desire to 'complete' his swordsmanship has earned him name or moniker as the 'pale swordsman' amongst the great practitioners, often being the subject of curious talks when said great practitioners gather.

【Skills and Abilities】
Adept Swordsman - Niavak's skill with the blade is what the untrained eye might call 'graceful', to the trained eyes who have witnessed this, most have usually commented on it's finesse, noting that it has little to no wasted movement. His own personal style of swordsmanship has been incremented by various styles of the sword during his travel. He has hit a wall, being unable to transition to mastery, however feeling very close to surpassing the shell of mastery. He also enters the odd tournament to test his prowess at times.

The fastest tend to live - His swordsmanship is focused on parrying, or moving out of harms way in time to deliver a devastating counter attack in the small window when they recover. His eyes are trained to notice the 'follow-through', or otherwise the wind up and wind down of each attack. In turn he makes his attacks fast, and limiting them have a smaller wind down. However this type of attacking tends to take time as he is required to observe his opponent to familiarize himself with their way of attacking, and defending.

Apprentice 'Hunter' - Due to him needing to take odd jobs for his well-being, he eventually began taking jobs that Witchers would normally take. He has basic, and rudimentary understanding of hunting creatures that go bump in the night. Not quite on the same level as a Witcher, of course, but with time he can get there himself.

【Weapons/Tools and Magic】
Niavak dons a basic armorset, a breastplate, shoulder-guards, and leather gauntlets. Underneath is a red tunic laced with chainmail. His only other apparel is his black cloak, always draped over his shoulders. The armor is light, allowing him to be more nimble and faster than normal.

He carries two swords on his back, one that he always had on him; 'Shatter', a steel longsword that shimmers blue under the night light. Recently he had acquired a silver sword, naming it 'Tremor', specifically purchased to deal with creatures request that pop up frequently.
