Appearance: Ghost is tall, with a slender build that belies surprising strength. Among humans, he is notable for the fact that he is an albino. He has white hair, extremely pale skin, and red eyes. He has some minor cybernetics that counter many of the negative effects.

Abilities, Talents, Traits, Powers:

  • ( 3 ) Dive -- Ghost has a unique psychic power called "Dive." If he tenses the fingers in his left hand just right, sparks will start to run across them. If he then points his finger at something, a jolt of electricity will be shot at it. Most things that are hit by this will suffer the effects of a moderately strong electrical shock, similar to that of a stun gun. If he hits an electrical device with it, he can control the flow of electricity through the object with immense precisio, as easily as if it were a part of his body. If he hit a computer, he could operate it as easily as if he were sitting at the keyboard. If he hits a drone, he can fly it as easily as if it were his own body. If he hit a combat android, it would be as if he possessed it. This is called "Diving" into it.
    While Diving, Ghost can't move his own body. His senses he can use may also be limited, depending on what he is doing. If he's Diving into a camera, his vision is replaced with the camera's view. If he's Diving into a phone, his sense of hearing is replaced with whatever audio the phone is picking up. His body's autonomous functions, such as heartbeat, breathing, etc. function as normal. He can only control one object at a time. If an object he is Diving into is turned off, he will be forcibly removed from an object. The first time this happens, he'll have a headache. The second time this happens, he'll have a bad nosebleed. The third time this happens he will die. Ghost is aware of this fact, so he avoids letting it happen.
  • ( 1 ) Cybernetics-- Albinism can cause problems for a soldier. Thanks to advancement in cybernetics, these can easily be counteracted. Ghost has two main ones: He has lenses in his eyes that protect them from UV radiation. This makes it so that bright lights don't bother him, though a flash bang or staring at the sun would still blind him, though perhaps not as long.
    He also has nanomachines in his bloodstream. These absorb and release UV rays, stopping him from being sunburned.

>list][*][color=fff79a]( 3 ) UFP Tactical Light Power Armor - Custom Model -- Light power armor. It's made of ultralight, ultradurable materials. It doesn't provide as much protection as heavier variants, but it's a lot sleeker, and excellent for stealth. It's in fact specially designed to aid the user in making as little noise as possible. It features plates made of ultramodern, ultradurable plastics. Conventional bullets will dent it, but not penetrate. It does have a low melting point, making it vulnerable to energy weapons. Underneath the plates is reactive ballistic fiber, providing further protection from physical attacks. If a bullet hits that part, it still hurts Ghost, but it probably won't go through him unless it's from a railgun or something. Ghost's armor also has several useful gadgets integrated into it.
[list][*]2[/color]Cloaking Device -- Ghost's armor has a cloaking system which makes him difficult to perceive to the naked eye. If you're actively looking for him, you might see a flicker in the air, but for the most part he's pretty much invisible while this is on.[/*][/list]

Background: Ghost was born on a planet where a massive extinction event occurred, killing his parents. He was adopted by the UFP after tests revealed he had psychic potential. He was inducted into the Psionics division of their military and trained from the age of 4 to be a psychic soldier.
