Fifty minutes later Alexandria saw Omashu. "Oh my... all candlesticks on a line! Wow" she said a nd was amazed. "Lee stop.. wait... I wanna watch this for a moment" she said and smiled. The sun was slowly disappearing behind the great earth City. It made it look like it was on fire or something yet it showed the true beauty of red, orange and yellow.

He stopped and slid on the gorund, his feet creating small craters as he slid. He carefully put her down and watched the sun set. The beautiful red, orange and yellow mixed so well. It was amazing. He sat down next to her. Lee said "Even though were in a war...the sun looks beautiful...." Lee smiled ast her and saw Omashu up ahead. They would be there in a few minutes if he used earth running again.

''Yes.. Fire isn't that bad... The fire nation used it in a bad way...'' Alex said and looked at him. ''Shall we stay here for the night? I think that you can make some nice small tents with earth bending... And well...'' she said and looked around to see if there was no body, then she leaned over and whispered: ''I can make a fire''. She smiled and looked at him, she really felt like they were friends already. He gave her a chance to find the White Lotus and maybe even get healed... She smiled at him and had not felt lucky like this before.

Lee smiled at her and said "I can do that." He stood and smirked at her "Watch this.." He said as he slammed his foot into the ground. Two slanted stones came up and made a tent. He stomped again and a stone circle was made for the fire.

Alex smiled and used the staff he made her to stand up and then looked around. She saw some dry branches and walked to it, she got on her knees and laid them next to her. ''Could you help me get these inside the fire circle?'' she asked with a smile to him. Something about him made her smile and even blush. He helped her yet didn't think she was not able to handle things herself. She looked at him and thought he was very attractive, in some sort of way and that made her blush deeply.

Lee smiled and nods. He walked over and picked up the dried bushed and put them in the fire pit. He said "Even though people hate firebending....I like it.....the fire looks beautiful.." He smiled at her and noticed how beautiful she looked and how she could be hurt worse if they found out who she is.

Alex stood on her bad feet and let the stick fall. When she knew she was standing good, she looked at him. ''Stay back.. I am going to show you the true beauty of fire bending'' she said and made a ball of fire. The ball bended around her arm without hurting her. The she formed a flower with the fire above her hand and threw it to the fire pit. The branches took the fire and the last flames formed the same flower. ''A lot fire benders forgot about the true beauty of fire... they only see how powerful it can be'' she said and then smiled. ''Could you... give me the stick...'' she said and felt that she couldn't take any step without falling.

Lee smiled at her and loved how beautiful the fire was. He only saw raremoents of the beauty of fire. David then said "I think I can do you one better Alice." He picked her up and held her. Lee held her in his lap. He blushed a bit as he held her. He pulled a blanket over them.

Alexandria looked amazed and him as he picked her up, afraid to fall she wrapped her arms around his neck and when he sat down near the fire with her on his lap. She blushed deep red when he pulled a blanket over them and she looked at the fire. ''O-okay, this is... better'' she said and she hided her red face in the blanket, she felt his so close and it was not like she was frozen. She knew that his could lead to so much.. She kept looking in the fire and tried to make up her mind. What was going to happen? She didn't know.. And right at that moment, her belly made some sounds because she was a little hungry. ''Oh...'' she said and looked down.

Lee held her blushing. He felt her arms around his neck. His face was warm as he had her close. He didnt know why he was holding her close to him. But he liked doing it. Lee heard her stomach make growling noises. He smiled at jher and asked "are you hungry? I brought the food you had." He put her down and grabbed his bag. He took out the food and said "We have a load of bread. Some meat and three apples."

''Well... We could roaster the bread and apples and bake the meet without any problem'' Alexandra said and kept the blanket he had placed around her close. The blanket smelled like him and she really likes his bodysent. She was still having a red face but she tried to hide it as much as she could without giving him the feeling that she had not liked the moment they had just now.

Alexandra smiled and looked at the food, feeling her mouth get watery. She was really hungry and when he gave her the plate she directly took a piece of bread and combined it with baked apple. She bite it off and closed her eyes. It tasted good. ''Your a good chef'' she said after swallowing. She ate the rest and smiled, she looked at him and now that she had eaten something. She knew that she would not need to blanket anymore. ''You can have the blanket, the food helped me warm up again'' she said with a smile.

Lee ate the food and made it into a sandwich. It tasted great. He smiled at her and finished his food. "Thanks...Bumi's chef taught me...." Lee said putting the plates away. He smiled at her but said :Are you sure? its gonna be cold tonight. I dont want you to freeze. Plus it will be more comfortable if your laying on this instead of the ground."

Alex looked at his hand, holding hers and the closed her hand around his. He was done with eating so she sat a little closer to him, taking the blanket with her as she was leaning against him now. She covered both of them with the blanket. ''Hmmm.. It turned out to be big enough for both of us'' she whispered and looked at him. Would he like this side of her? She kinda was a cuddle bear when she trusted someone..

She used to have a older brother and as kids when she was sick, he had always came to her with books to read her out and then she totally cuddles up against him, totally caught in his story. She missed her brother, but he had changed after their dad had taken him to the fire nation army. She sighed and closed her eyes, still leaning against Lee

Alex felt she was slowly drifting to sleep, she opened her eyes again and looked at him. ''Lee? Shall we... Get inside the tent?'' she asked with a soft smile. ''I bet we both need our rest'' she said and kept looking at him, his eyes kept a hold of her and she felt really lucky that he wanted to give her a chance
