I was looking at putting a small AvP inspired "nation" RP. In short, you'll get to pick one of the three races. (Alien, Human, Predator) Set on Earth which is now gone to hell. Each player will get to control a portion of the force, for Aliens you'll get to have a Queen each, but all Queens obey the Queen Mother. Human can be their on force or be an arm of Weyland-Yutani. And As Predator you'll have your own clan. On top of this, if you are not wanting to take part in the nation running side of things, you're welcome to just use a 'hero' character.

Can a regular person try and become queen mother via fighting for succession?

Well technically the Queen Mother is on Xenomorph Prime. However, you can fight to become "Empress" which is basically a planetary govoner for the Aliens. So you'll be able to fight other Queens for that title.

Would a Predalien or White hybrid nation be acceptable?

Both are fine, the White Hybrid would be a bit of a wild card seeing as they are hostile towards Xenomorphs as well, but could prove to be fun.
