Personality: Lulissa is a young and energetic woman. She comes off as rather girly and playful often when communicating with others, sometimes to the point of annoyance. While she isn't the brightest of individuals she is known to be brave and strangely loyal to those she opens up to. She can be mean sometimes when angered and isn't above attacking and killing her foes.

Abilities:
At normal female size Lulissa possesses above average strength and is able to take on people larger and more muscular than herself. She is also known to possess a talent for cooking and dance as well. Lulissa’s main potential shows when she uses her powers to enlarge herself to become a towering and proportionate giantess thus giving her superior strength and endurance fare beyond natural human levels. Once she reaches a certain size threshold she literally can deflect bullets with her body!

Weaknesses:
Lulissa possesses many of the weaknesses found in her previous version, she is slower in reflexes when giant sized and able to be avoided in attacks. She is lousy against aircraft and her only real defense is to swat at aircraft in the hope of hitting them. She must eat larger portions of food in order to keep her super form fueled and prevent herself from reverting back to her “normal” form during battle when she’s hungry. Lulissa is vulnerable to basically any unconventional type of weaponry that isn’t just bullets or other kinetic based weaponry.Finally Lulissa's mortal weakness, her lack of planning and strategy can be taken advantage of. Lulissa really doesn't have any evil plan or scheme other than using her physical might to get what she wants and thus can be easily outwitted or tricked.

Back-story:
As a child Lulissa was always mocked due to her lack of intelligence. While she was quite capable of preforming minimal and routine tasks that normal people could do and was quite gifted at dance and culinary arts she was still belittled due to her inability to match up with her fellow students in terms of academia At most she would receive average grades and worst she would come home with c-‘s at best. About the only class she really excelled in was gym class, where she was known to be very athletic and one of the quickest in terms of reflexes, eventually leading her to becoming a cheerleader.

However that all changed when she accidentally inhaled a strange top secret chemical from a leak near Atlanta’s Center for Disease Control center. While many thought this was a terrorist attack shortly after 9/11 and she was forced to be tested for biological agents such as anthrax, secretly the people in charge of the CDC were working on a top secret chemical that could be used to give someone a benign and non-malicious form of super cancer that would alter the subjects’ very on DNA to turn them into what the US government believed could be considered “super soldiers”. Lulissa was cleared by the CDC to not be infected by any form of life threatening ailment and released publicly.

Once she came back to school however word had spread of this incident and people became cautious that she was still contaminated. Soon her social life dwindled and eventually she was so upset that she quit her school’s cheerleading squad. Eventually though she started to notice she had become larger and taller when angered. While at first she just thought she was still going through puberty eventually at one point she grew so large that her head broke through the roof of her house. At first she became worried but later on she was able to control it and revert herself back to normal.

An incident happened at school that would forever lead Lulissa down the path of villainy. She returned to school one day only to find that she was replaced in her position in the cheer squad by her rival, Becky. Lulissa became furious about these events transpiring that her anger fueled her new found powers to where she grew up to 13ft. Still agitated Lulissa burst through a wall of her school and stomped over towards the football field where the other cheerleaders were rehearsing. As Lulissa approached them she grew larger and larger until she was no less than 30ft tall.

The girls saw her approach and frantically tried to flee from her, however Lulissa was able to grab hold of Becky and bring her up to her face. She intimidated Becky so much that the young woman passed out in fright. Lulissa then realized what she did and looked behind her to see that she had totaled several cars from the school’s parking lot to the field and caused other damage. Worried that she would get into more trouble Lulissa put Becky down and ran away to hide from the police. Eventually this event would follow her down her life as she became more in more trouble with the law until she decided that a life of crime and villainy was her fate.

Sherly Periwinkle the Cat

Miss Periwinkle is a Moebian feline woman and a staunch member of the Grey Party under the New Order.She is the administrator of all Order concnetration camps and in charge of their operations upkeep.She is infamously known as the head warden of the Ita Ciyet camp.While Periwinkle is believed to be born without superpowers, her natural capabilities should never be estimated. She has been given the title of 'the Baron's Deathscythe'.

Appearance:
One of the more conflicting aspects of Sherly is that she would look mostly, on the outside to be a normal female Mobian. With her pink fur, blue eyes, brunette brown hair, short Mobian stature, and Australian accent she would be considered normal if one never spoke to her. Her unassuming and unintimidating appearance lures those unwise enough into a false sense of the norm.



Personality:
Periwinkle is cold and heartless, her cruelty know no bounds. However, she is also a fanatic and has been thorougly brainwashed by her political movement into believing in Moebian suppremacy and to further the goals of the Grey Party.

Appearance:
Cyrus is akin to most Black Legion aspiring sorcerers as he appears as the mix of a Chaos Sorcerer with a Chaos Space Marine. For the most part he has their standard wargear loadout, but he is also known to have very distinct Slaanesh affiliated spells. One interesting aspect about Cyrus is that he is often seen wearing a crimson red cloth on his lower torso to help identify himself to his squad mates that goes down from his belt to his armor’s knees. Cyrus also seems to relish and decorating his powerarmor in gold as well. Unlike more older Chaos Space Marines, Cyrus apparently has youthful and long ginger red hair, while this is often hidden under his helm it does portray his appearance as being slightly younger than his other brothers.

History:
Little is known about Cyrus’s childhood before being implanted with his gene seed. What is known however is that he grew up on the rural forest world of Dradanska and apparently became a astartes sometime after the Horus Heresy.Brother Cyrus is believed to have joined the Black Legion under Abbadon the Despoiler afterwards in hopes of acquiring better knowledge of sorcery, (as well as wargear) from the warband. It is believed that Cyrus has served in either the 10th 0r 11th Black Crusade, but this still is a mystery. What is known however is that Cyrus apparently enjoys serving under Ezekiel Abbadon, even if the Warmaster assigns his squad, Delta, to the most mundane and trivial of tasks. It is believed that Cyrus has some sort of one way affection towards the Warmaster.

Cyrus is a very eager to impress, but also a prideful and overconfident being nonetheless. He appears to be rather youthful in his demeanor, if not with a trademark sense of remorseless sadism. In a sense, Cyrus views battle as an artform, and the battlefield as his twisted canvas. While he is known to be very open minded when it comes to working with others, even to the point of lending his psychic gifts to the service of aiding his battle brothers, Cyrus nevertheless is self-centered on becoming perfection and staining entire worlds with blood in his twisted artform for the Prince of Pleasure.

Likes: Ezekiel Abbadon, serving under Abbadon, killing in the most perfect of manner, perfecting himself, swordfighting, being sent on missions, slaying any Eldar.

Fueled By Pain: This spell causes the sorcerer's combat prowess to increase with every sensation of pain.

Lash of Slaanesh: A tongue-like whip of energy erupts from the Psyker, capable of shattering enemy forces.

Trivia:
Cyrus apparently has some sort of affection towards Abbadon, while this is clearly one way, it is known that he possesses some sort of homosexual affection towards the Warmaster. However, Ezekiel would more or less recognize him as a somewhat competent sorcerer if anything else.
Cyrus apparently has sort of a greek like accent.
Cyrus's name is Persian, however his last name can be traced back to Ancient Babylon, in other stories his last name would be Diana due to his other universeal mother.
Dispite having the same first name as Sergeant Cyrus from the Dawn of War series games, his first name actually comes from out of universe. (As does his red hair and his slight homosexual tendencies.)
He is relatively young compared to his older squadmates, and is known to possess ginger red hair.
Cyrus originally appears as a Mobian fox in Jaredthefox92's Sonic fancharacter series, Dimensional Wars, however this version of Cyrus is a villain and a human astartes and the only reference to him is his affection towards the color crimson, and his homosexual tendencies. (Despite the fact that he's sterile)
Cyrus was created to be an aspiring sorcerer when he was created in Eternal Crusade, originally he was going to be a plasma gunman who had a fixation with killing loyalists with plasma for his 'art'. This was changed however when Cyrus became a solid sorcerer in said game.
Cyrus was made to be born after the Horus Heresy in an attempt to negate him from being in several battles before and thus having more plot convolusion with the earlier lore.He could have been a scout marine very early after the Heresy that was captured and converted, or more likely Dradanksa was raided and he was kidnapped as a young boy before being implanted the gene seed.
Cyrus's actual rank is still not finally canon, he is either an Aspring Sorcerer, or a normal Chaos Sorcerer. In Eternal Crusade he is known to be a veteran, but this isn't canon just yet.

Physical Description (as detailed as possible please, pictures not accepted.):
Heinrich is slightly tall, but also thin and well balanced in body proportions. He sports a dark brown beard to complement his auburn brown hair under his hat. Said hat seems of a normal brown color with a single red ornamental feather in it, much common among workers of the Empire. Around him is armor that he still has kept up with and hath smithed from his days as a commissioned Witch Hunter.

Mental Description/Personality: Heinrich is a stern and uncompromising individual who generally holds dear to his own principles. However, said stubbornness is what got him excommunicated in the first place. For better or worse however, Heinrich is a unyielding and motivated man who generally sees his line of work as one of the few things that can deal with some of the more dangerous threats in the Old World. Despite his steadfast attitude he is not without reason. Heinrich can be very pragmatic and diplomatic when need be. However, this is only to achieve a means to an end.

Background/History:

Heinrich was born in Grunberg. His mother was a simple seamstress, whereas his father held Imperial service as a captain in the Empire. At a very early age young Heinrich was taught the value of dedication, persistence, and service. Around his teenage years he entered service in the Empire and began to show promise among his comrades, even into the eyes of the Sigmarate Church who naturally saw his zealous and devoted personality and vigor as useful to the Empire. Eventually he was called upon by the church to serve and did so with the same enthusiasm that was put into him by his parents. He was trained in the ways of fear, suspicion, and to deal with the vile taint of Chaos.

His skills were put to the test, and he indeed did hunt down many a heretic and witch. However, eventually an incident would happen to where he provoked the ire of the Sigmarate. While on a comissioned hunt he refused to kill some peasants who he fount having no trace of corruption within them. This refusal to carry out orders eventually lead to Heinrich being excommunicated from the church. However, Heinerich was certain that heresy wasn't preformed among the villagers and that it maybe have been a trick at play. Nevertheless however, Heinrich was relinquished from his duties as now he serves as a mercenary hunter into the employ of others.
