Story line:
Times in the universe are not peaceful, empires struggle against each other, and many people are dying. The Terran Federation and it's corrupt leaders are marching across the galaxy, Other races are going into hiding, Some stand and fight, while others lay down, and let other empires rule them.

Your race, leader, and planet:
Your Race can be anything, it can be from another game, or one you made up. Your race can have one small pro, but must have one small con. For example, Advanced in research methods, 5% research bonus. A peaceful race, not very advanced in weaponry. Your planet can be anything, for example, A volcanic planet, it won't have any pros or cons. Your leader can be anybody, they are pretty powerful.

Resources and money
You start out with mining V0, you'll need to do a research project to upgrade your mining, there are three resources, Metal, which is used to build things, crystal, which is used in small amounts for computer systems in ships, vehicles, defenses, Etc. And Deuterium, which is fuel, You start out with 500 resources of your choice.

You can build buildings to bring in more resources

Credits are gotten from rare metals that you get as bi - products form ores you refine. You need to improve your refining process to get more Credits. You start out with 500 credits.

You can build buildings to bring in more as well.

Food and inventory:
You'll need a food production method, and can upgrade it through research to support more soldiers.

Inventory is weapons, armor, and other items. You can stockpile some every day, and can build buildings to get more.

Troops, weapons, and armor:
Troops are trained every day. You'll need enough food production to support your troops. You start out with 20 troops

V5 1000 troops a day

You'll have to do research better weapons and armor., obviously, each one is V0-V5 like everything else.

Research and construction:
You'll need to do research to improve things, get new troops, and new technologies. The number of researches and constructions you can have going at once is limited to the resources and money you have.
You get 20% of your research finished a day, but may be less for more powerful weapons.
You get 10% done of your constructions a day.

Ships, vehicles, and defenses:
You'll need factories to build ships, defenses, and vehicles, a vehicle/defenses factory could produce 10-20 a day, and consumes resources and money. There are different ship classes, and each class takes different times to create. You can have 3 vehicle factories, 3 defense factories, and 5 ship factories.

Your factories can only produce the first 4 classes of ships, you'll need a research upgrade to get the rest.
Frigates:
These are the smallest, ships, they don't have a lot of attack power, you can get these done in two days, 50% a day.
Corvettes:
These are a little bit larger than frigates, and have a little bit more attack power, you get get 40% done a day, and can put the extra 20% towards another ship
Assault ship:
These are typically heavily armored ships for carrying troops and vehicles. They don't have much weaponry. 40% a day for these as well.
Light cruiser:
Better in terms of attack power, and faster than a cruiser. 30% a day

These are your larger ships

Heavy cruiser:
More powerful weaponry, 30% a day.
Battle cruiser:
Best for larger assaults and good at taking out smaller ships. 20% a day.
Carrier:
Good for carrying smaller ships or fighters. 20% a day.
Destroyers:
The most powerful of the standard ships. 10% a day.

Capital ships:
These are very powerful and customizable ships. 5% a day.

Exploration, events, and combat:
If you explore a planet, you might find valuable resources, or other things, you can explore a planet at 15% a day.
Events are things like a new trader, or a random item or special resource that you get.Or it can be a intergalactic virus.
There are two types of combat, minor combat, and major combat, Minor is small raids on another planet or battles between single characters. Major combat is full scale planetary invasions, or an attempt to wipe out another race.

Single character:
opposed to being a interstellar empire, you can be a single character. You'll need to make an application. If your a single character, you'll just role play, like any other role play.

Super weapons and colonies:
Super weapons are extremely powerful, and can have devastating effects.
Research:300% or more to research a super weapon.
Construction:200-300% to build a super weapon.

Colonies are pretty important. Colonies can do many things, but they can only do one thing. They can produce extra resources and money, build extra ships and vehicles, produce more troops, ETC. You'll need a colony ship to colonize a planet.
